Panago Pizza

Delivery driver was asking me for a tip when she came. I always tip but to ask for one is just rude. Do not order from this location.

We ordered pizza over the phone for pickup and when we got there the order wasn't ready. The staff at the location were great and got the order filled right away. But the call centre was not very friendly. They claimed that we had canceled the order.

There is old lady in staff she is wrost i have ever seen i costomer care.

Great service. I got pizza delivered to my son's daycare for his birthday. I booked the delivery time a few days in advance. The service was prompt & the delivery was right on time.

What a colossal fail! Too many details to fit in one post.
The worst tasting pizza and the absolute lousiest service.
There are too many choices for good pizza and Panago should know better.
Do yourself a favor, actually do your money a favor and just burn it instead of wasting it ordering from Panago.

maps says they are open till midnight but when i got there it was closed at 10pm.

I am a long time customer and order Pizza from these guys once a week. I placed an order and they didn’t deliver the dip with it. I texted the driver 2 minutes after he left and he said he’s too far gone to bring it back. So the following week when I ordered pizza I told them about not getting the dip and they told me that it’s too late. I’m not getting the dip I paid for with this order and they said I should have said something sooner lol. Like are you kidding me. How much does a dip cost? Lol. I’m the kind of guy that doesn’t even complain when the pizza is smushed into half of the box. Which happens quite often. I really don’t care about the cost of a dip but because of how cheap and how poor the customer service I cancelled the order and will never order again.
