Panago Pizza

I've ordered from a few Panago locations and the pizza here is the best! It's always ready fast and the ingredients seem super fresh. The staff are SO friendly and kind - we've only ordered a few times so far but they already remember our four-year-old and always give him a special treat.he feels VERY important!:) This is our family's pizza spot for life!

Wow! This is the best vegan pizza in the city! And the people are amazing! So dedicated and thoughtful!

Food: Really good. I ordered the New York Deli pizza, and Hot n' Spicy Chicken wings. The pizza was perfectly made, and the wings were juicy.

Service: The staff was very nice and friendly. Very good person to talk to.

Atmosphere: Very clean and modern decoration.

Customer service was great. The quality of the food was amazing.best tasting pizza i’ve had!

Would rate 0 star if possible, the chicken bites are out of stock at multiple locations so the Keep It Simple offer is impossible to complete! Along with other ingredients like fresh tomato and cabbage are also out of stock, made it so hard to order anything.
Finally completed the order at this panago location and an hour later they called me saying the chicken bites is out of stock! I decided to cancel the whole order.

And after placing order on the app, received a scam call immediately, really bad order experience!

Sorry, I should say.the plant-based spicy Hawaiian pizza is terrible. I don't know what is the yellow sauce, yellow mustard?

Very nice staff! Everyone is very friendly and kind, I received some very odd looks from the older folk working here but I’m used to that haha. Otherwise very nice place with good food and service.

Very small parking space. Best to walk here. Or property owner to rebuild surface lot. Pizza is great.

Always a great time ordering from here! I will miss this location as we have moved but if we're ever in the area we will definitely go back! It's always quick, well made, delicious, and they are so friendly and recognized us everytime we came in for pick-up. I would give everybody here a raise if I could. Order here!

I only get one style of pizza. The BBQ Chicken Bacon. Been ordering those since the 1990s and they haven't changed. Amazing. I really don't know what the other pizzas are like. I'm liking the lunch deal they have too. Small pizza and drink for $7.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location and the staff! Extremely clean environment, all staff working efficiently and quick, the pizza tasted AMAZING! Staff was very accommodating to my gluten allergies. I would definitely recommend this Panago location

Wanted to order pick up and walked by to see 2-3 staff very close to one another and socializing with no health protection/measures (gloves, face masks). This might not be an employee issue but seems like an owner/franchise issue. How can you put public safety at risk like this?

The BC Public Health Officer ordered business to close if employees cannot keep a distance of 1-2 meters.

I thought a franchise as such would follow mandates of its local Provincial Health Authority. I guess the bottom-line is more important than public safety and employee health.

I enjoy their lunch special. Reasonable price and delicious. Their lunch special is only $ 7 including a 500ml drink. It is more expensive then Freshslice but it also taste a lot better. Better ingredients too. They definitely don't use the cheap stuff. And the part I like the most, they are clean! All the ingredients are properly stored and the floor is CLEAN.

I ordered from Oak and 59th, at 11: 20pm. They told me 40 minutes, and now it's 12: 07am and they won't even answer my call because they're closed. Terrible.

Ordered online and my usual location was out of sour cream for the taco pizza. Decided to change pickup location to this location.

Order was ready exactly on time. Staff was super friendly. When I got home the quality of my pizzas was excellent. It's things like how finely cut the tomatos and lettuce are. You can tell this location is superior to most panagos. I will go out of my way to pick up from this location in the future.

This place is horrible I would never order from here we always get panago but this is first time from this place missing pineapple on tropical chicken, everything sliding off can’t even get one slice it was a mess, plus there so chincy on cheese if they put cheese on the pizzas they wouldn’t slide all off, talked to number I placed order from and manager from this store called me badgered me and was completely rude saying everything was perfect in actuality it was a mess and missing pineapple and hardly any cheese I would never order from this location again

Decent take away pizza or delivery. It’s convenient to be able to order online for pick up at a predetermined time. The quality of the pizza is acceptable for the price but not outstanding (because it’s pretty cheap).

Seems like the Pizzas here are getting dry. I ordered many times here and there's less sauce.
I'm definitely happy with the prompt deliveries.

It was an amazing experience. There was a little waiting due busy dinner time, but that gave me a chance to observe how well everything was being done. Prompt call answering, staff working efficiently and in harmony, attention to details in filling up orders. No wonder our Pizzas tasted so good. Tina's courteous and professional service will motivate me to go there again and again.
