Decent pizza, decent prices.

Tried their garden veggie and pesto chicken pizza, along with their garlic cheesy bread. Their offers are worth considering, we got 2 medium pizzas and a garlic bread for $38.

The pizza dough was kinda dry, and toppings weren't as juicy as I'd like them to be, but it's an easy, convenient option.

Their ordering system is great, you connect to a phone operator who takes your order and I had a good experience. This particular branch has a few tables so you can sit and enjoy your pizza here too.

Honestly this has been an issue for quite some time now as I live in the area and frequently pick up in person but the hygiene practices of the guy taking the order is atrocious.

He has ripped old gloves with his fingers poking out, and handles money before making the pizza.

Won’t be going back until this is addressed.

Unfortunately I wont be going to this location anymore.

There’s an employee working who is very unhygienic. He is always wearing a very dirty ripped glove on his hand which shows he’s not changing it.

I have watched him on multiple occasions handle a bunch of money and then immediately go back to making pizza without washing his hands or changing his gloves.

They guy is really nice but hygiene when working with food is super important.

I hope this gets resolved.

First off I love Panago Pizza but today I received one of the worst pizzas they have ever made. I will not order from this location again. Pizza arrived half cooked. It was very doughy. I popped it in the oven and when it looked good I took it out. I began to eat it only to realize it had absolutely no taste. If you're like me and you save your calories for a pizza at the end of the week this was a major disappointment. The crust had no taste the sauce had no taste the cheese had no taste. There's absolutely no taste. They completely forgot garlic. I gave the rest to my dogs. The pizza was made as if the Creator had never eaten a pizza before. Absolutely disgusting. I emailed customer care at Panago and they told me to follow up with Uber LOLOL that's how much they care about the quality of the food. It was garbage

Ordered online and the delivery driver showed up in 20 minutes! "Great! ", I thought.

Chessy bread was raw dough with melted chesse. The pizzas were barely warm and undercooked. The chicken wings were barely warm as well.

You'd think with 20 minute delivery, the food would be piping hot!

Panago has simply went down hill. Will not be ordering from here again. All I can say is the dips are great!

I love my gluten free pizza from this location! And the fellow who delivers it (Italian/Greek? Glasses, brown hair) is always so friendly and seems so hard working and Covid safe: wears a mask when he delivers.:) Thanks for the yummy gluten wise option!

Gotten real cheese on my vegan pizza from this place 4 times. I am allergic to dairy. Do not bother ordering from this place unless you want mistakes. Did not receive a refund as it not "company policy". Very disappointed in Panago's customer service.

Redesign your website please. At first i thought my mom was having trouble ordering because of her lack of experience with tech, but even I had an infuriating time with just trying to complete a single order. I'm only notified that the ingredient of a certain pizza is out of stock when i finish entering in all the delivery info. They don't tell you which pizza it is for some reason. What's more, is that YOU HAVE TO RE-ENTER YOUR INFO EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE YOUR ORDER, CHANGE DELIVERY/PICKUP OPTIONS OR WHEN YOU SWITCH TO ANOTHER PAGE AS A GUEST. The street address doesn't automatically pop up for you, but the unit # and other info is already there, which led to massive confusion from my mom since she was trying to find out where to input street information. You have to input the city name and select the city from the dropdown so that you'll be able to enter your street address when it finally pops up. I've had easier interactions with every other website I've purchased from, and this has to be the worst.

If you order a pizza for pick-up, don't walk in holding your phone or they will think you're a delivery driver, make you wait and be curt and impatient with you. Happened to me twice already in the last couple months. A little friendliness (even if I was a driver!) and customer service training would go a long way here. Pizza is fine and ready quickly.

Have had them make mistakes before but this time was very different, and I will not be going back here for awhile. Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese, when it gets here, it only has one layer of cheese, so I call them up and they told me no problem we'll fix it for you. Then the driver gets here, and is complaining because some of the slices are missing, the last time i had ordered they didn't insist I return the pizza (did give it back the first time this happened though) but for some reason they wanted it this time, so I pointed out to the guy that they had wasted an 30 mins of my time, so he decides to let me keep it, then I open the box to this. (keep in mind the pizza actually looked worse before i straightened it out)

Great and tasty food, I liked the character this place has, and the staff members were kind. I will definitely visit here again.

This is my favorite chain pizza restaurant. Great variety. My favorite is grilled veggie goat cheese. They also have vegan pizzas, and a gluten free crust. Not too greasy either like many other pizza restaurants.

This place is awesome and broad, the meals was delightful and the prices were very affordable.rapidly, efficient service and very friendly staff members. I highly recommend this place.

Ordered pizza and a 2L bottle of Pepsi. Pretty simple order. Pepsi did not come with the order. We asked for it to be delivered but they insisted they would issue is a credit. Had to walk to corner store to get Pepsi. Pizza was cold by the time we got back. Kinda negates the purpose of ordering in, doesn't it? Great job, Panago - lost yet another customer.

Took 35 minutes after my order and they just let my order sit there for 10 minutes without telling me.terrible service

Order online or by phone. Do not order there - they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to taking an order in person.
