Panago Pizza

I placed an order for delivery over the phone. They were very helpful and easy to talk to on the phone but, the food was very underwhelming.

The delivery took an hour to arrive. When it finally got to me and my family we dug in right away. To our surprise the pizza tasted like it had been sitting out ready to be eaten for quite sometime. The cheese had solidified and 1 of our pizzas was missing ingrediants. Panago is one of my favourite pizza chains but this location was a big let down.

I am normally understanding of a mistake here and there but this was overwhelmingly, under-whelming.

Don't know about this location yet. Usually location, which was great at Riverside shopping mall closed without notice

Like most people say, it's pretty good but not worth the premium. I paid $39 for 1 large delivered through skip including $3 tip. For that price the pizza should be excellent. It was 5.0/10, too much sauce, not enough toppings. A pizza costs $10-15 to make if you use the best ingredients and aim for a 10/10 pizza, we're talking world class pizza. This pizza probably cost closer to $2 to make but I paid almost top dollar for it lol. I was expecting a 6.8/10 pizza but hoped for 8.2. One bite everyone knows the rules.

Thanks for the link but a pizza has to taste what it costs when the price is at the top. Obviously a franchise pizza isn't going to be great. Franchises are about making money, not making great pizzas. The passion isn't there, if it was, the pizza wouldn't taste like it did.

Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Staff greeted their customers with a smile and the location was nice and tidy.

Their consistency is on point which is great the app is great speed. For people with food allergies or strict preferences this is the way to go

I ordered pizza and they said it will take 15min. And I picked it up exactly in 15min and brought it home. It take less than 5 min to get home and when I open the box, the quality of pizza is like they made it an hour ago. Cheese was not soft at all.

Pretty disappointed. I wish they could give me the one that just out of the process.

The owner is so nice, brings amazing energy. Garlic cheese bread is soo good i could have it daily.
Goes so well with salt and pepper wings. Love coming to this location.

Pizza looks visually nice, however there is next to no cheese on the pizza which kind of ruins it. Also the crust was so chewy for some reason. Panago is a pretty expensive pizza joint and I wouldn't pay for this again.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve never give anyone a poor review but I’m appalled at the level of customer service, such rude staff. They don’t take any accountability for making an order wrong and make you feel like you’re the problem for bringing it to their attention. Panago should really rethink who they franchise their locations too. I will never go back or recommend this particular location to anyone. Do yourself a favour and order from a different location even if you have to pick up.

Enjoyed another healthy Panago pizza tonight. Provided extra chicken, delicious, met the owner, nice guy. Ladies are also very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Quick service, friendly staff always very efficient. I love that they are always very consistent and my pizza is always great

Never had a negitive experiance here it is pricy but everything is fresh not greasy like most pizza places the salads are awesome to

Skimped on the cheese and toppings, no point in paying premium prices for panago, will not be coming back.

Waste of money. Ordered here april 2 2020 with contactless delivery open the door to delivery guy standing there like an idiot than realize pizza is cold waste of 40$ for 2 pizzas.

A really good pizza, in need of a bit more cheese.
The hand-tossed crust was exceptional and by far the chewiest I’ve ever come across, anywhere. Which to me is a good thing. The sautéed mushrooms are the real deal, as were the rest of the toppings.
More cheese would make this my go to, but I’ll try it again.

I didnt want to give one star but I have no choice, So I ordered a pizza for delivery at 11: 30pm and they were closing at 12, I specifically asked them if they can deliver or not? They agreed they will, I waited for two hours nothing came. Did not eat anything all night, I could have ordered from somewhere else if they told me they could not do it.

Now when you compare this panago pizza too other nearby pizza places like the little caesers down the road. This pizza place beats it when your looking for a pizza that isn't too greasey and doesn't use cheaper ingredients. Although your paying a much higher cost that extra cost is worth it, plus it helps that the actual store itself is kept very clean and the staff are friendly.

Good pizza but bad service. They got my ordered wrong and then tried to blame me. They remade my pizza without any apology or free sauce or anything.

Brutal customer service from the moment I walked in. There are better pizzas for lower prices elsewhere
