Panago Pizza

Just terrible. Dropped $60 on cold, dried out pizza with next to no toppings and chewy dough. Never again.

This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST pizza in town. If people say it's good they've never had a good pizza. Smallest toppings of meat ever on a pizza, hard to find them. RIP off!

Tried several times while going to Vancouver and their pizza is always the same great quality

Decent options for vegetarian and beyond meat toppings. Good choice of sauces for pizzas. Soft chewy crust.

Great experience in this location now. I’m not from salmon arm, but i usually pass through and last couple of times i’m ordering through salmon arm location rather then kamloops because one time kamloops location messed up my pizza, but somehow my call connected to salmon arm even though it was not their mistake but they offered me a new free pizza and a drink.

The new owners are very difficult to deal with! We used to order every week and will now take our business somewhere else! They would only deal with etransfer not credit card, this was very strange! I found them rude and really did not care how good of customers we are!
They also messed up the middle schools long standing pizza order that they get every Thursday which left all the kids without lunch because they did not deliver. Panago has been dealing with our schools in our district for years and within a month in new owners they screw up and did not deliver. The school has now found a new pizza company to deal with. We will not be using Panago in Salmon Arm ever again!

They would not deliver to my place just out of town 7km and they have been here before but I had a new phone number. Also I am a new resident here, Was ordering for 8 people over a $240 order but there US phone dispatch refused me. I have lived in Salmon Arm for 11 years and always ordered from them. I guess I should'nt have moved 5mins out of town. Very choked and had to put off family dinner.

I was there today and as soon as entered the store was given proper attention and given great welcome response by the young dark hair lady. She explained me very well about the question I had about the menu and diet. Food service was fast and quality was good. Restaurant was cleaned and maintained organised in pandemic.
Definitely visit again.

I placed my order. Gave them a lot of time to prepare it, 30 minutes to be exact. I said i will come back to pick it up after 30 minutes. But lo and behold! I came back and they just have started preparing my order. They totally forgot it! I waited for another 15 minutes. And to think there are many of them working in that place. Would never recommend.

I love panago! We saw a promo for a free cheesecake but it wasn't valid anymore but to our pleasant surprise, there was one in our order! Wonderful!

I ordered here a few weeks ago. My online order said it was out for delivery and then took 30mins and was cold. Called told customer service the situation and they credited for next time. Ordered tonight 2 pizza 1 ceaser salad and a 2L of pop. Just the 2 pizzas arrived driver had to go back to get salad n pop. 10 minutes later after my wife watched the rest of us eat. The salad came with frosting dip instead of dressing. I called the store instead of customer service they said they could credit me for the dip or make a third attempt to deliver the dressing. No thanks have waited long enough already. Even though to the whole meal was a fail. Won't order from there again. Wish dough boys was still around.

Petty good pizza overall. Certainly not the best I've ever had, but definitely better than PJ's in my opinion, and better pricing too. Would go back again.

If you're hungry for pizza and in Salmon Arm, this is the place. Right on highway 1 across from the A&W. It's take out although they do have stools and ledge along the window. No washrooms. Their pizza is so delicious. Love the crust and they don't skimp on the toppings and cheese. You can call ahead or stop in. Friendly service and really quick. Not hard on the pocketbook either. What more can I say except it's great pizza.
