Panago Pizza

The pizza is terrible and the customer service is terrible. They brought us the wrong order and I paid for it before I realized and what I paid was more than what my order was worth. It took a long time plus multiple calls to customer service to try to get any of my money back.

Not enough sauce whenever I pick regular amount but way too much sauce whenever I pick extra amount. Please just put enough sauce on the regular amount because I don’t want a soup of sauce on my pizza when I pick extra sauce

Overall a good location though

I received service from this branch in person several times. In terms of cleanliness, they are really great. In terms of the taste and quality of pizza, we can say that they are number one in Vancouver. I always eat and will eat **Chicken Club. **

I was extremely satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. I will be a permanent customer. The behavior of the staff was also very good.

Pizza is pretty good and they have been around for awhile. Staff and owner up in Kingsway/ Collingwood I would say yup!

This place used to be good. Ordered last night. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapenos off of skip the dishes. I got an inedible jalapeno pizza with a side of pepperoni and it was overcooked and dry. Dont' order from here.

Ordered online and my pizza was ready by the time I got there. Very convenient, friendly staff, good pizza.

It was my first time to try their veggie pizza and It didn't disappoint! Their pizza are freshly made. They only sell by box and not per slice.

Love the pizza and the staff here where great I just came here because there close by for me which is sweet.

I always go to a different panago but decided to go to this one since its closer to home. I ordered my beef taco pizza with daiya dairy free cheese.lady took forever ringing it in and i mentioned SEVERAL times no mozzarella and cheddar and instead the dairy free cheese. I get my pizza and check it and see theres cheddar cheese on top. I take it back and tell her and she claimed i didnt ask for it without cheddar. I have a dairy allergy and told you several times i would like NO REGULAR CHEESE. Last time at the other panago i went to when they accidentally put on sour cream, they put $6 onto my account for next time. Never going to this location again.

We always like Panago veggie korma pizza but somehow the pizza tastes different than the other store, I would say less flavour but still good.

Try the vegetarian Mediterranean pizza with extra mozzarella and add Beyond Meat Italian Sausage Crumble. Delicious

Worst pizza ever! They don't even cut the pizza right. It's over Cooked almost burn. I won't visiting this location again!

Just piss poor pizza. Bland cardboardy pizza. If you really think this is good pizza, then you haven't tried good pizza.

The worst pizza I've ever tried. Even to compare with another Panago, this one has not enough cheese & not enough toppings. Will never go back.

I remember eating pizza from this particular location for years until the Dominos at the Joyce-Kingsway intersection opened. Not much has changed in the past decade, the crust is still rough and the cheese doesn't taste as melty good.

I ordered chipotle chicken pizza and it was one of the best pizza I've ever had! Customer service was great a d very respectful. Thanks
