Panago Pizza

Been ordering from them for years, but the last time I ordered it took them over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver the pizza. I called and let them know that the pizza was cold. Customer service gave me a credit for the pizza. But guess what I'm pick up only now. So they are punishing me for letting them know that the pizza was cold. Found out by customer service and was told they don't care the store can do what ever they want. Lesson is if they screw up your order and you call them on it they will change your status to pick up only.

I recently visited this Panago Pizza location in Coquitnam and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend place.

Place is sus as hell. Ordered pizza here once. They delivered wrong one. So we called them. They asked for the wrong pizza back. I assume to deliver to the right person. Imagine getting pizza delivered to your house that’s already been opened up by some random person. What any normal place does it tell you to keep the pizza and refund you or deliver you the right one. Super shady. I’d avoid this location if you want Panago.

I just ordered pizza from here ordered a thin crust but they gave a regular pizza called back to let them know of there mistake and no one seemed to care or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. First they refused that this store never made this pizza and then didn’t bother to take action for there mistake. Very disappointed and will never order from here

This is not the place I would order again. Running by wrong people and they tend to smoke outside of the store and come back to make a pizza for customers. It's lucky Panago has a good customer service, so the customer service can fix things, but I would not order anything from this location in the future for many reasons. The other location near Burquitlam location is doing a normal business. Running by Chinese and they are not welcoming to run a business like this in our neighbour.

Ordered 75 min ago was told it would be here in 35.

Have been told that your driver left 35 min ago.where the heck did he go? It’s a 6 minute drive.how hot can a pizza be after 35 min in the back seat of a car?

Terrible. 2 out 3 pizzas delivered. Came back late with the missing one. Worst was the mini cheesecake that was delivered that was clearly mouldy. Asked to speak to a manager, no one called bac. Called Panogo main line asked to speak to area manage. They said one would call within 24 hrs. No one called bac.

I am always really happy with my orders and my experiences here. It’s one of my favourites.
If you like a soft pizza, you’ll probably like this.
I like that they have spinach as a topping, and I love their crust (that rustic look, and great for dipping).
They even carry San Pellegrino! —just lemon, orange, and the San Pellegrino water. But still really cool.

I haven’t tried their dairy-free cheese or meat-substitutes or their gluten free crust.but I like that they offer that.

My carry-out orders are always on time.
I haven’t had any problems with delivery or when I’ve used the app.

I wish they offered a few more cheese toppings (something stronger like a gorgonzola or provolone, or something like their blue cheese dip).
Other than that: I love this franchise and this location.

I would recommend trying some of their dips/sauces if you get a cheese pizza. I like the coconut curry or their jalapeño white sauce, their chipotle sauce is really nice top.

I would recommend one of their cheesy breads too if you like a lot garlic and need something quick. (You get more than a personal pizza.and it’s basically a pizza).

I ordered pizza, the lady who was cook there was mopping the floor. And when i payed, she started to make pizza without washing her hands, i thought she will wear gloves before touching ingredients but she started to make pizza. I asked her to wash her hands before making pizza or otherwise i will not take that pizza. She was like i dont care. I asked her to refund my money, coz i cant eat unhealthy pizza. As the mop bucket has chemicals and all. I said i will complaint to panago and i was amazed when she said, ” The Owner of this store is my Boyfriend, You can’t do anything”
I am talking to their head-office about it.

I ordered a pizza Online, I got there 2 min before the pick up time, i saw the guy eating a sandwich, when i asked if my pizza was ready he said oh the order just came in and he started makIng it then. Then i realized the same guy that handles the cash, cash register and everything else goes and makes the pizzas right after.so unsanitary. Ill never order from this location again.

This panago chain has good staff and great food.

The pizzas that we ordered were well done and delicious.

Walked in to the store and stood there for a few minutes waiting to be helped. No one came after 5 minutes so I yelled out to see if anyone was there. After about 8 minutes the lady came out and didn't even apologize. The whole time I could hear someone playing candy crush in the back room. Pizza was great so I give this location 2 stars. Very disappointed in their customer service.
