Panago Pizza

Horrible customer service, i went in asked if there was any promotion going on and the front desk person just point to some flyers not saying a word. Having a bad vibe already i still continued to order. I placed an order and waited 20 minutes then received my pizza and left. Once i arrived at my car i needed to see the pizza and of course it was burnt. Never comming back and recommend you guys to go somewhere else.

I ordered gluten free pizza and it was very low quality for high price. Not enough sauce and I don’t know what they use for the bread but it’s probably the cheapest option

Have been buying pizza's from there for over 8 years. First pick ups and now deliveries. They are always on time, and the pizza is always hot, and delicious

Meant to order Pizza Hut but I’m dumb and ordered panago by mistake and this sucked. Pro tip: Don’t get the wings.

My delivery time kept getting pushed up, and after an hour and a half, I got delivered a cold pizza. Don’t Order through Doordash or Uber Eats.

Edit: if you walk in, it takes all of like 15 minutes to get a fresh za.

I have never written a poor review for a Panago Pizza location I have been a Panago customer for years. I am just not sure what is going on with this store location. We order from here at least once a week. With the last three orders there has been either a mess up with the driver not knowing where to go, wrong items delivered and last night our delivery took over an hour to get here and the food was stone cold. The service from this location has been consistently disappointing. I hope that management will learn from this feedback and work to improve things. After many years of using Panago as our pizza supplier, we are now looking for other companies to order from.

Worst gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Tastes like cardboard. One of my friends with a gluten allergy warned me about the crust but it’s the only place I could actually call a human being and ask that they use a clean board and knife (I’m celiac). Unless you have no other celiac safe options, I would not recommend.

Great pizzas, great service, 5 pizzas ready in 15 minutes.
I don't understand why any negative reviews.

I don't know how they made this pizza and delivered it to me within 20 minutes! I really enjoyed this plant-based pizza deal - large pizza with Daiya cheese, Daiya cheese cheezy bread, and a dipping sauce for $25! There was enough for several meals for 2 people.

A special thanks to panago pizza for the amazing pizza, it was really amazing and I have to say one of the best places I ever ordered as I’m always on the go and I try a lots of places. North Vancouver really you are lucky to have an amazing pizza shop in this area. I highly recommend this place and I will be back for sure. Best pizza ever

Ordered pizza tonight as a treat. I'm currently warming it in the oven so I have time to write this. It took 50 mins for my pizzas to be delivered 800m. When I called the phone number online as it was late, the woman on the phone was rude and raised her voice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Spend the money and support a local business.

Literally tonight the driver wanted to fist fight my 18yo son because he did t give a tip (he thought I’d given the tip online already). Called to advise panago of this. Was offered a $5 discount off my next order if it’s in the next 90 days. Dangerous. Awful. Never again.

I order here, because it's close to pick up and they offer thin pizza. But just recently, the prices went up again! For my small (very small) pizza- it cost me $17! Far too expensive! Technically it was $16.28 after tax-but when I gave them $17. He said 'thanks' closed the register and walked away.no change for me I guess? I will be ordering from Andreas like I used to from now on. Not worth your money-

It's great to see vegan option here. In fact, can make more vegan pizzas from their vegetarian options.

Just ordered delivery here and was very impressed with the quick response time and well spoken lady on the phone. Great pizza and service!

They forgot my cheesy cheddar dip and I had to use ketchup as a substitute for that because their pizza is trash with out it.

I’ve always ordered delivery so I’ve never visited this location before until now. I’ve always been happy with the quality and the value of these pizzas but what I witnessed today was quite upsetting. What looked like a delivery employee, a middle-aged taller white man with glasses, was loudly complaining about his job to any other employee who would listen. He was leaning over the counter, his dirty black overcoat brushing up on the pizzas that he was getting ready to cut. He then proceeded to cut my meat pizza and then my wife’s vegetarian pizza with the same cutter dripping with meat grease. He was tossing the pizzas in the boxes while loudly complaining about being tired and not making enough money and it being a slow day… I don’t care how tired you are or how little money you made today you do not complain in front of customers and you not cut vegetarian pizzas with a meaty knife. The other employees were working hard and following food safety and hygiene standards well. The white guy needs to get fired.

Was expecting better. Panago has always been our goto pizza place but the last time we ordered the sauce was too salty and spicy. As well the pizza was bland.

About the business hours, its good to mention that the hour posted is for delivery, for pick up store is open only until 10 PM.
Pizza is not bad.

Pizza showed late - no dr.pepper, driver did show to basement suite, but threw the receipt at me. Pizza was also cold - for junk pizza I'll use dominos next time

One of the good pizzas I've ever eaten. Panago Pizza, so yummy! Place is friendly, prices are good, quality is great! Would come back again here for a pizza!
