Panago Pizza

We ordered lunch for our whole staff back in December and they did a great job on making sure all the items ordered were correct and labeled, customer service was also great. Would highly recommend for this kind of events.

As a former employee, I felt compelled to share my experiences during my tenure at your establishment. Four months ago, as a part-time delivery driver, I encountered challenges that affected not just my work but also the well-being of employees. The previous manager's approach lacked fairness; there were no breaks or opportunities to eat during dinner shifts. Instead, we were advised to eat excessively before our shifts or bring snacks to consume while driving—an unsafe practice.

The compensation of $18/hour plus tips collected within a 4-hour shift, without gas support, dinner provisions, or benefits, alongside limited discounts, was insufficient. Washing dishes, alongside delivery duties, made the workload demanding and unrewarding.

I sincerely hope the new management prioritizes employee well-being and support. My experience was temporary, but I empathize with those relying on this job for their livelihood. Many of us left before the change in management due to these concerns.

Additionally, I advise against using frozen chicken on pizzas. Despite its initial quality, the outcome after being oven-cooked is unsatisfactory. The taste transforms into boiled chicken, affecting the pizza's overall flavor.

I share this feedback with the intention of constructive improvement. I hope these insights contribute positively to the workplace environment and product quality.

Great food with many options for those who have dietary restrictions! This location also has 10/10 costumer services! There was a tiny mistake with my order (first time out of the many many many times ive ordered) they owned thier mistake and fixed it + some extra!

When I ordered, after 1 hour i calling
To follow up because they said it takes 35 min only, then they said there isn’t any order with my number! And i can order again if i want and also it takes 40 min! Its really a shame

First off, I have been a veteran customer of Panago. It has been my favourite pizza chain despite the expensive prices. I have been ordering ever since the early years of business expansion; back when the stores still served seafood pizza. Recently ordering from their location from Middlegate, Burnaby, I had a very unpleasant experience. I made an order of two pizzas (1 Chipotle Chicken, and one Meats Pizza). As expected, the Chipotle Chicken was good as always. Unfortunately, the all meat flavour was a disaster. After taken a bite of my second slice, I bit into something sharp that scratched my throat. To my discovery, there was a sharp fingernail-like object clogging my throat. To make matters worse, I had trouble coughing and breathing when the unknown object was stuck in my throat. I know Panago quality has always been up to par and this is my first time stumbling upon such a situation. It was really disgusting and I definitely would not order from this location anymore. You are better off ordering from the Collingwood location beside Safeway. They have much better food quality and service.

This is the only location that does not burn my pizza! I always get goat cheese which melts different than mozerella. They know how to bake the pizza properly.

The pizza was good. The price was acceptable and they were the only ones open when I craved pizza!

The dude brought our order out to us after we came too early. This is what you call customer service, pizza is always great here.

Ordered online for pick up and pizza was ready when we got there. Love the half and half option!

Why is it so hard to get a decent pizza? Ordered a hawaiian and its dry as dust. Not enough sauce! Pizza needs a good amount of sauce! Also bacon doesn't go well on a hawaiian. That was my mistake as I didn't read the ingredients. Have given Panago many chances but they just can't get it right.

Very clean location with polite and friendly staff. The pizza and cheesy sticks we ordered were perfect and the caesar salad was fresh! This was the first time we decided to pick up our order and after that visit, we are definitely going to be back soon. In the entrance-way there are large fridges displaying jars of dipping sauces and beverages. This is great for those like me that often forget these add-ons when rushing through the online or phone ordering processes.

My review is not for this location, but for the call center.
I have been ordering pizza the same way for many years. We like it when the cheese is more white than brown, so we ask for lightly baked. That way it is not a burnt tasting cheese. So I ordered and said twice it is very important to be lightly baked. No response or no "we cant do that"
They send it overcooked crust almost black. The call center Brandon, says they are not allowed to do that. He has been there 7 years and never have allowed that.
I have been ordering Panago for over 30 years.
Why did the first call taker not tell me
Very disappointed I will never order a Panago pizza from this call Center again.

We use this location of Panago a few times a year for a really big order for our church. The owner is very helpful, delivery is on time, pizza is great. Thank you!
