I had the worst experience on visiting pandora store at guilford. The white young girl has the worst attitude. Never going to visit there again.
The girl literally told me to leave the store wait outside if i want to meet manager. I wish i can give 0 stars.

I would’ve never bought anything from this store, overpriced and not worth it.
My husband bought me a silver bracelet and 4 charms for Mother’s Day a couple years back. While on vacation it got discoloured. He remembered the sales person saying that we could bring them back for a clean or a polish. So he took them. The salesperson or manager whoever there was were first rude to him and wouldn’t even listen to him once he said hes bringing back a bracelet to clean. Then after him insisting to take a look at it the salespersons talked to each other and asked a third salesperson how they should deal with it. The third one took the bracelet and went on in the back and cane after a few minutes saying she tried to clean it but it didn't work and now my husband had the options either to buy another one or to go someplace else to try to clean it.
Someplace else? He had bought it from that pandora shop. Which other shop would accept to clean items from another business for free? So ridiculous and rude. I would’ve returned the bracelet right there.
He came back home very upset and found out on YouTube to get silver clean. We tried and it worked, not completely cause of the nooks and crevices but its better now. So absolutely no star from me fir anything in that store.

Went to buy a charm for a gift. I check a few different charms and finally decided ton one that the sales lady quoted me of 65 dollars. I paid and left the store, I double checked the receipt and noticed that she charged me 75dollars. I went back and told her that she made a mistake on the price she charged me. Ashlyn said that she wasn’t sure why but there is nothing she could do about it. What is pandora agents doing? Are they marking up prices for themselves to get extra? Why couldn’t they honour the price they quoted in the first place? I am so annoyed with the service, they come off rude as well when you question about the price. Very disappointed and I usually buy pandora to gift my family and friends, but this is the last time I will be buying and will tell family and friends as well.

Sales rep was nice but assistant manager was unpleasant. I went to Pandora Guildford location a few days ago, and purchased 2 charms and received a free bracelet as part of a promotion (spend $135 and get free bracelet).
At the time, the price was labeled $85 for the rose-gold plated pink turtle charm and $65 for the dangle fish charm.
After payment, I noticed the discrepancy in the amount being charged since the dangle fish became $80 instead. I spoke to the assistant Manger who later said there is "nothing she can do due to inflation rates" and that it is "unfair for other customers who bought it at the same price. " I explained that this is false advertisement if it was originally priced at $65 - even their website is listing it at $75! I wouldn't have thought much of it but I had to write this review. The lack of clarifications and not honoring customers with the original price was what bothered me most. Shouldn't employees check and update their system/prices before opening the store? You can't just list an item for a cheaper price and run them through with a higher cost at the register. Complete rip off. I've bought many charms and bangles at Pandora, but this location is by far the worst in customer service.

Very disappointed with the quality of the the product and the service when trying to get the problem rectified. Spending almost $100 on a ring that turns my daughters fingers green in less than three days, or spending over $100 on a ring that the plating comes off within a month is very frustrating. And when taking the product back to the store, they pretty much told me that the ring is not meant to be worn on a daily basis. It’s only meant for special occasions, but make sure you don’t wear it when washing your hands, or doing anything but sitting where the ring won’t be touched by anything. There was no concern at all that the product was falling apart within days or month, just accusations that my daughter must have worn it in the shower, or doing something that would make the ring fall apart. A ring is worn on your hand, it needs to be able to take some wear and tear. If your product can’t hold up to what it should, take it back and refund the money! I always thought Pandora was a good product until I actually bought something from there. Sadly my daughters and I are very disappointed.

Great place to buy jewelry. The sales person was nice and informative. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything and that's what made the experience nice. I ended up buying more on there website.

Extremely unpleasant staff member. I will never go back there! I am fully vaccinated and didn't have mask since they aren't mandatory in the mall but I have no problem getting one and coming back there was no need to be rude especially that the woman had her nails disgustingly bitten off so the store must be full of her gross germs anyway. After I chosen my charms and headed to the counter she showed me out of the store and acted surprised that I actually came to buy something. So unacceptably rude! Also all team members act like it is a huge problem to show anything, they have very poor costumer service skills.

Manager is rude. Took my wife here to buy earrings, both the manager and worker didn't even acknowledge us at first, went to help other customers who came in after. Maybe because we weren't dress "fancy", but who cares? Don't give them your business!

Manager has a nasty attitude.can't believe this location is still open.pro-tip: pandora stores are franchised.don't support this franchisee.the guildford, abbotsford and coquitlam locations are franchised by the same owner and i have had similar bad experiences with the staff there.

I went here with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and I keep meaning to write a review. I was helped by one of the managers and she was honestly so down to earth and nice to talk to. She helped me find what I was looking for and had great conversation. Unlike a few reviews I seen, I appreciate the time they take for Covid19 protocols and making sure that staff is safe and protected. I ended up not liking a necklace and went back to exchange and had no issues at all. Everyone so far has been great and I will for sure be going back.

I understand the social distancing thing. However, this store should never have only 1 employee on during this time. I tried 3 times on a weekday to get in and every time there was a 3-8 person wait. This isn`t Christmas, Valentines or Mothers day. It`s just late a spring weekday. I don`t have 1-2 hours to wait when all the other stores have no wait

While retail sales going for history low, I found this particular store is taking striking attitude towards to their protection on staffs safety and no intention at all for customer satisfaction. It is no problem to take care the safety of the staffs but you can clearly see how much they don’t care about their customers and at least try to attend for their needs. 3 times I walked by the store and wanted to get some gifts for my love one and just amazed by the store trying so hard to annoy me. I always gave them another chance for loving the brand and design, I finally learned my lesson after the last strike. Every one who is reading my review, please don’t repeat my mistake.

Horrible customer service. Went to buy something for my wife and was waiting in line to get in, the person walked to me to say I can't stand there as that's the number of people that can wait to get in line. So I suggested that instead of making a U formation, why don't you let people stand on the other side as there's no other store and has plenty of space available. She was super rude and said that "we are in a world Pandemic". Hello.we all know that and there are other stores in the mall as well which are operating in the same situation.
Is this how Pandora treats their customers? When I told that you're being rude and may I talk to the store manager or supervisor, again in a very rude tone she responded "I'm the manager". She has no clue what customer service is. I hope someone at Pandora sees these reviews, there are multiple one's suggesting that staff is rude and way over their head. They need ANGER MANAGEMENT COURSE.

Amazing customer service! My mom and I went boxing day shopping, even though it was busy the assistant manager went above and beyond to help us. English is not my mom's first language and the assistant manager was so patient with showing her pieces. We left very happy and will definitely be returning.

The employees that greeted me in the line were nice, but the employee with glasses and black hair that helped me was the rudest person ever.she didn’t smile once and acted like i was wasting her precious time while trying on rings.i didn’t buy anything because she was so rude.when i said that i wasn’t going to buy anything she told me to put the rings in the sanitizer and told me to leave without even saying bye or have a nice day.i even said thanks so much, but she rolled her eyes.it made me feel like i was a burden to her or something.i’m so sorry that you had to do your job for 10 minutes.i would give 0 stars if i could:/

Bad customer service, waited almost an hour to get in, I get it it’s covid, but I couldn’t even go in with my partner to look at charms together, they said only 1 of us can go in.so I end up getting sent to the blonde girl working there, professionalism isn’t priority at this place at all, the girl who was helping me didn’t look professional, and her glasses were VERY crooked.it was distracting, and she wasn’t nice, she seemed annoyed when I was asking her to look at the different charms. I bought 3 charms, Pandora is NOT cheap, at least treat your customers politely and with respect. Can’t believe they have some good reviews, this place is a franchise so beware! I would recommend going to the Langley location, they are much more friendly and plus there’s never a line waiting to get in!

I'd visited the store recently, and I'm surprised at how organized things were held. All social distancing and customer amount limits were definitely in place, I felt like my safety was prioritized and it was respected. In addition to that, the staff was absolutely amazing, as they had answered all my questions, were super polite, and wore masks. I would definitely go again!

I left in tears. I was pleased with the associate who asked the screening questions, took your temperature and chatted amiably with the customers as they waited. I was uninformed though that you must stay still on a marked square six feet from the plexiglass divider. If I had known I would absolutely have complied. However, uninformed, I turned to look at a display and was chastised for doing so. I left the square I was walked to in order to view another case and felt I was treated like a disobedient child. I will adhere to most wishes if they are stated but went with the standard of most stores and felt humiliated repeatedly with each step I took. If a customer is breaking your expectations, there are many kind or polite ways to inform them of your expectations. The associate chose none of the inoffensive possibilities. In addition, the selection was minimal and I felt like the sales lady was enduring an extreme inconvenience to show me items. While I tried to shop and hear the lady speak (through a mask and from a distance) there was another associate pulling packing tape off of boxes. I communicated that I wasn’t hearing well and was ignored. The manager sealed the horrendous experience by snearing and laughing as I left.
On the bright side, my kudos go to the Willowbrook store for their compassion and for going out of their way to make my Pandora experience better. I called them for assistance and was grateful for the kindness and care they provided. I will never step foot in the Guildford store again but will be a regular Willowbrook customer. They saved the day in style.

The Assistant manager was very rude and told me that I cannot got into the store because the limit was 3 customer aloud in the store (Which i understand) but there was 8 employee working! She expected me to give my credit card to my 12 year old daughter and get what she wanted! And then When i asked for the manager told me "I am the manager (Grace) and we are privately owned, so you can complaint to the corporates office, and they are not going to do anything about it! " No customer service skills or common sense!

There is a short woman, with brown hair, and blue eyes who works here. Beware she has to be the rudest person ever. She does not want anyone lining up. She tells people that it will be an hour wait, when it is a 20 min wait. She called security on someone who wanted to wait in line. So horrible. Anyone who was a minority she was completely rude to.

We have to wait in the line and there was only one cashier and there should be two. And there was a long line up and people left. This is not good service. I wish you could do better than that. If it is like this again we will not bother comming here anymore and we can find another place to shop.

Not many selections to see on the floor. Maybe they're scared of theft since the jewelery are quite expensive. I would recommend checking on website first and knowing what you want.

Really Dispointed with the Customer service. I went to buy gift that was on Sale online and In store waited outside for 20 mins and waited inside for another 20 mins. Sales rep told me this is on sale online only not in store and talked to other girl name Simrat and she said in store means corporate store and in BC there is no corporate stores so we don't offer that sale price but that is totally false advertisement. II jus get that why are putting something on sale that you are not give to customer. I will make sure I will spread this word in my family and friend circle. Total waste of my time I would not recommend anybody to go there.

Disappointed in their service and stock of items. Went in there planning to spend over $150+ yet they were sold out of over 6 items we were hoping to buy. They couldn't order the item in for us and when asked to call another location, they told us we were more than welcome to on our own time. I dislike Pandora and their company as I've always had an issue everytime I walk into their store with inventory or service. I only keep going back to purchase stuff for my mother and even then, I get a poor experience every time.

If there is a thing thats called zero star this store qualifies for that! Service was awful.good looking, professional looking people but attitude was horrible. Went to the Pandora Guilford Mall Surrey Store hoping to get my bracelet cleaned. (Our first time in this Pandora Store) The pandora lady asked if I had an appointment and I told her i usually get my bracelet cleaned without any appointment on othet stores. She told me there is no way that the bracelet would be cleaned today! I told her I was not from the Surrey and we just came just to see the place. Was so rude and unprofessional talked to another staff and clarified in front of me of the rules of Pandora that they did not di cleaning without appointments and made me feel like an idiot. If she would have apologized and gave the reason why I would not be writing this review. Called the Abbotsford store they told me I did not need to get an appointment for cleaning just drop off and pick up depending on how the bracelets condition. Not going back to this Store ever!

This is the second time disappointing experience in this store. Firstly, One thing I wanna tell you guys, this is a private seller and the pandora has nothing to do with this store. Means you can’t complain anything about the staff and pricing. They sell more than the price listed on display. Staff is very rude and never apologise about any mistake.be careful what you buy make sure check the price online they’re cheaters. They have their own policies and they don’t give a damn about their customers. They were tryna selling me $45 thing for $100! Unbelievable. I wish I could give 0 star.

Staff was VERY rude and difficult to deal with. When I asked for a different charm that would fit my budget she got frustrated and gave me an attitude while speaking to me. I would never go back to this pandora.

They have a line outside the store just to get in with 5 sales associates and 2 customers inside. All the employees just stand around and shuffle with tissue paper instead of actually helping people. It’s a low end jewellery store and dozens have people have looked at the line and left. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

The worst service I have ever experienced at any establishment.

Customers were asked to stand in line outside of the store to control the inflow of customers, which is understandable given the time of year. However, the line was poorly managed, and the staff helping customers inside did not show any sense of urgency in helping their customers. At one point, there were approximately 12 customers waiting in-line outside, 3 customers being helped inside and 4 staff standing in their staff area in the back doing nothing.

When we finally were allowed in, it took 10 minutes for an employee to even get to us even though there were only 3 other customers inside.

The. Worst.

Waiting for nearly an hour outside the store after being the second in line since the store opened at 10am. Girl at the front wouldn’t even acknowledge us and just let others in instead of those who were there first. Never going back to this location. Management seriously needs to fix their system.

I went in to see what could be done about fixing my ring and the service was so fantastic and quick! The whole transaction took two minutes and I left very happily with a brand new version of my old ring! Great customer service, very much appreciated.

This the worst retail stores I have ever been, I wish I could give them -5 star, but, I don't have choice to give them one star.

When I bought Pandora bracelet for my wife several years ago, my wife was kind of worry about silver bracelet will get oxidized easy and turning black. Pandora said it is their commitment to serve their customers' clean service forever that we can not only bring back our bracelet to Pandora Guildford to get it clean and shining but also to get the same service wherever and whichever Pandora stores around the world.

We only got our bracelet cleaned once out of four visits. They even told us their machine was broken down today. And try to sell us their cleaning set.

A company can't keep their words not worth your business.

幾年前我在Pandora買手鏈給內人時,她有點擔心銀鏈子容易氧化發黑。Pandora表示他們公司承諾會永遠負責替客戶清潔他們公司的產品,不光是可以拿回去買鏈子的店清潔,在全世界的所有的Pandora店都可以得到服務。

我們去了四趟Pandora才清潔了一次,今天我們到了店裡面Pandora乾脆說機器壞了,然後就推銷他們的清潔產品。

一個公司不能做到自己的承諾是不值得交易的。

Went in today to pick up a black leather bracelet in a size large because they have been sold out for a while and I asked if they were in stock and the lady said yes but in order to help me I had to wait cause their was another lady ahead of me, which is totally understandable. But as me and this lady were waiting to be served three of their staff members were just aimlessly wondering around, and the girl who had originally said I had to wait was just standing behind the counter looking into space. I said can you please just help me grab the bracelet so I can cash out? She responded nope I’m the manager and that’s the sales associate job, I am just controlling the floor. So I stood their for 20 minutes as she just watched me stand their and wait and the other lady until another staff member who was done helping others cause help us. I understand it’s sort of like a consultation type thing and it takes time but I came in, knew exactly what I wanted, she said yes we have that, and made me wait. Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service! That has got to be the worst “manager” I have ever came across. Glad she’s not mine! I feel bad for the rest of the staff

In contrast to Pandora Metrotown, staff here, Aika in particular, was much more professional. I wanted to exchange charms that were bought in USA, and this store had no issues doing that. Staff at Metrotown store wouldn't even hear about it, and they told me that if I want to exchange it, I had to go back to the store where I have purchased them, despite policy on Pandora's site that charms can be exchanged in any Pandora store, anywhere around the world.
Well done, Pandora Guildford. Not only you were willing to exchange them for me, Aika was super helpful and patient to let me try the combination on my existing bracelet. Guess who won the customer? I'll be back to Pandora Guildford next time I want to buy the charms.
