Lady with the fresh cut on her nose, probably from her cat. Needs to work on her customer service cause it's abysmal. No rapport whatsoever and just straight up rude. However.there was an Asian lady who helped me and she was amazing. I more or less might come back in the future.

I was looking for the perfect gift for my twin daughters’ sweet sixteen birthday. I’m not familiar with the brand, but the service I received from the manager, I think her name was Kayla, was amazing. Highly recommend this store, she listened to exactly what I was looking for and was able to get me the perfect individualized charm bracelets for my daughters. They love them! We will be coming back!

DO NOT SHOP here. Absolutely terrible management. The manager Paivie will make you feel extremely unwelcome.

Went to exchange a gift and also had gift receipt. Store won’t exchange it. Very unhelpful and rude staff. Won’t let me speak to a manager. Never had any such experience. Never buying anything from Pandora again

My husband bought me a necklace in memory of my Dad. (Abbotsford location). He said the salesperson was NOT friendly at all and additionally, my necklace was stuck in a small ring box instead of a proper necklace box.
Not very impressive or classy! We will shop elsewhere from now on.

Had a very terrible experience today at Pandora Abbotsford location. We were advised for mothers day if I bought a set of earrings we can exchange them if my mom already had the same pair. That was the case and we took it to the abbotsford location since that is where we live and they were no help at all. We waited 30 minutes in line firstly to get in and second hand we were told at the front of the line we can't exchange it so we called the Willowbrook location where we originally purchased. They advised if it is an exchange you can do it at any location as said on the bottom of the receipt within 30 days. Furthermore we went back into the line and waited for another 30 minutes. Upon that we advised what we were told and they were starting the exchange and once we were almost done they advised we can't do an exchange since they are earnings. After confirming with Willowbrook we can exchange they advised we have to go back to Willowbrook and get it all processed there. Please note the receipt clearly says 30 days in unused condition we can exchange at any Pandora store within Canada. Lastly the manager was also not polite and was arguing with us in regards to why she can't exchange it and kept changing her answer everytime we had an objection for what she had said. Overall a very sickening experience with Pandora. Also please note these earrings were bought on May 6 and we went back to Pandora on May 7 for an exchange. Would not recommend Pandora for any purchases.

I have a very nice experience with this store as everyone is very approachable and willing to help with any question that I have. Definitely will be coming back to this store.

Beatriz Chan - the worst manager who doesn’t even know the difference between a warranty or guarantee. The staff (Nicole) gave the statement that I can return or exchange my charms and bracelet anytime during the 30 days period but when I went to the store after 3 days she simply refused. I would never buy or suggest Anyone to buy from Pandora…. They are cheaters.

Great service from the Asian girl helping me today. Purchased a new ring to wear to work instead of my wedding/engagement band and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Great and orderly. Accommodating and super friendly. Got a gorgeous ring from there and I feel SO AMAZING so thank you two lovely ladies.

Went there at 5: 50 and they close at 6 so the lady didnt even let us in and was very rude about it.

Very bad service, the staff was rude did not understand what exactly i want even though i explained everything in detail. I wasted my time. I think they need to teach there staff some manners and give them more training so they can understand needs for customer without arguing.

Upon arriving at the Abbotsford location my girlfriend was met by an extremely rude, and clearly irate individual named Beatrice. I know my girlfriend has been a very loyal customer, spending thousands between this, and other locations. Beatrice displayed unbelievable unprofessionalism when my girlfriend was attempting to inquire about having an item repaired/replaced that was purchased from that location in September. Very disappointing, because we have only had positive experiences at pandora locations prior to this scathing experience.
