Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital

We’ve been with Pandosy Vet for several over five years. And while we were happy with the service at the beginning the last year and a half, it has severely declined. The vets are lovely and helpful. However, we have been given wrong times for appointments and have had to wait. Not to mention if they are running late that adds an additional 30 to 45 minutes on an already busy day. We recently received a call, telling us that our dog may have been exposed to lice… But they would not let us know which animal our dog had been around to determine if he needed medicine or not. They told us that he would need the medicine and when we mentioned we had two other dogs at home that he had now been exposed to, they also needed medicine as well. This was a total cost of $220, their offer of 30% off just doesn’t seem to cut it when it comes to a situation like this. It feels like a money grab and after the thousands of dollars that we have spent over the years with our dogs we are currently looking for a new vet.

I've been so happy with the care at Pandosy Village. My male dog recently had his neuter surgery and they were fantastic! They called after his pre-surgery checks, and again post-surgery to let me know how he did, and followed up the day after to see how his first night went. Overall great care and absolutely lovely staff. Cannot recommend them enough:)

We've also seen Dr. Becky for chiropractic adjustments, and it's been incredibly helpful for his hips and overall movement.

Everything started great and was fine over the past year and half. Currently pretty disappointed with the quality of customer service and availability. Follow ups are coming late or are non-existent; clinic will be closed for many days in a row without notice. Definitely entertaining the idea of going somewhere else. Simply doesn’t feel like animals are the priority anymore.

I've had such a positive experience bringing my dogs here. The team is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They are always quick to reply to emails and answer my questions. Highly recommend!

Nothing but good things to say about this vet clinic. Unlike the last clinic I took my cat to, they took the time to take a sample of what was bothering my cat, take it into their onsite lab and analyze it right away. The vet and the techs were all professional, courteous and they had treats for my little guy as well!

Always lovely and attentive staff. The team always treat my dogs in a friendly and caring manner and are very understanding of my dog-related concerns. Highly recommend this veterinary practice!

My rescue dog has always had major anxiety issues, piled with multiple health issues.

The staff is always above and beyond accommodating. The vet always takes it slow with her and gives her treats to make it a positive experience.
Over the past 5 years of going there, her vet anxiety has gotten way better because of this treatment.

Through some of the health issues my dog has had, they have never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable in making decisions.
They always show kindess and compassion for both my dog, myself, and my wallet.
I have been to A LOT of vets in town, and they are by far the best I've experienced.

From booking (which was easy and they got him in within days) to arrival and the exam, the interactions with every staff member made the clear impression that these people love animals and they care about your pets. There was no one-size-fits-all vibe to the care. I felt that everyone my pup interacted with was invested in making it a pleasant visit for him.
The vet herself took the time to learn about my dog and focus on overall health instead of just treating a symptom and sending us on our way. I was able to be with my dog throughout his exam which made him less anxious than when he’s taken into a back room for care while I wait. Afterwards, the vet provided a thorough explanation for what treatment she thought was best and WHY and she made sure that I was 100% clear about everything before we finished up. Costs were very reasonable and only made better by the fact that they didn’t push unnecessary products.
So SO happy with the whole experience.

Fit me and my pet in at the last minute because they knew it was more serious than I understood. Took care of my little guy and were understanding about working around my budget. Not pushy, so so so so kind!
