The customer service staff was very nice. After confirmation, they quickly helped me process the information sent by the previous owner of the mobile phone number.
I sincerely hope Vansky customer service manager (A Male Representative) can use a moderate temper to talk with me and my friends when U want to make charges in a commercial/non-commercial advertisement in the future. Because ALL customers do have the rights to know the real situation in an unfamiliar environment and protect themselves via discussion in today's law-based society. I remarkably understand that U are following your Vansky's rules, we customers are obeying Canadian laws as well. What's WRONG with it? Yeah! Of Course! If we feel that your price standard is NOT suitable for us, then we will 100% leave and GO as soon as possible. NO Worries Please! BUT if that male manager just feels dissatisfied and then hangs up the phone immediately, even yells at a customer at this point, so please tell me why are U so rude? It is NOT a wise choice to make your business! Thus, well, excuse me, we customers JUST ONLY need the basic respect from your Vansky customer service's male representative, so would you like to be more patient next time, please? Because it is exactly NOT easy for everybody to earn money and take a life in Canada, no matter what kind of one's identity and social status is. If so, then we are so extremely appreciated by your kindness. Thank you pretty so much! If I have further questions required to ask U afterwards, then I will email U directly. It will be at least much straightforward for me. Because in most cases, people's feelings expressed by words & images (Facts & Evidences) will be too much difficult to lie U. OK?
