Panorama Orthodontics

We completed the ortho treatment for our son with Panorama Orthodontics yesterday. We have been seeing them for 2yrs.
Excellent staff and outstanding service. I never had any trouble reaching them, scheduling and rescheduling appointments. The front desk was always warm and willing to accommodate. They answer the phone with a smile at all times.
With respect to the actual treatment, we are completely satisfied. Adjustments were made every 8 weeks approximately, taking 15mins. If a brace broke, we were accommodated asap to get it fixed. They provide rubber bands sachets after adjustments- they will mail them to you if you need more and cannot pick up. We were given an estimate of 2yrs for the entire process, and it was completed in this time frame.
Prior to starting my son's treatment with them, we got estimates from 2 other clinics. Though Panorama worked out to be slightly more expensive by two or three hundred dollars, the service we got was truly worth it.
Recommend whole heartedly.

Just got my braces off! Dr. Chow and the staff are all very kind and professional. They are quick to respond to any question or concern you may have and are clear with treatment they feel will give you the teeth you want. My only surprise was when I opened my "Finished braces goodie bag" full of hard candy to learn that laffy taffy was included in the list of things I shouldnt have ate. Oops haha they're my favorite candy. Overall positive patient experience!

It absolutely infuriates me how unjustified my tooth extractions were. Especially during my childhood with me having no educated say or consent to what was done to the structure of my face. The reprocussions of "correcting crowding" by extracting my teeth have now recessed my upper and lower jaw leaving me with a recessed narrow smile. The amount of hatred I feel towards this decision/practice as a whole is undiscribable. The integrity of my facial structure and air way was never at the cost of correcting my crowded teeth. It'll cost my years of savings to get surgery to grow my jaws back, yet I still won't have my teeth back which were like the concrete footings of my face. I've been robbed of my anatomy, my right to be educated on this decision, and years of my life. Traditional orthodontics doesn't solve the root cause of our dental issues. We have an epidemic of smaller jaws and its due to many factors such as lack of breast feeding in early development, allergies, mouth breathing, not chewing tough enough foods, inadequate nutrition etc.

All the staff are very friendly. They do a good job.
If you have a problem they will fix it quickly.
