I had to buy hibitin here due to the fact that my vet is extremely far and I got charged almost 50.00 for a 50ML bottle, called my vet and they told me it only costs 10.00. Way too overpriced but they knew I really needed it so I'm not surprised, they said it was a $40 prescription fee but they are obviously just more expensive than other vets, definitely don't recommend. Also got a cone and wasn't even given a string.

I wouldn’t give this clinic any stars at all! I’ve never dealt with such inhuman people in my life and the fact that I trusted my little dog in their hands was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made and lost my little baby, I still don’t know what happen when they took him in for a little procedure all they gave me was his heart rate dropped and that’s it, this clinic only cares about money and doing unnecessary procedures and please don’t make the mistake I made by trusting them and thinking I’m leaving my dog in good hands because you might end up like me and losing your little baby. He was a young healthy dog who had years to live still and I just hope anyone who reads this saves their little loved one.

Panorama Village Animal hospital is so great.they have the ability to do almost everything your pet could need on site: we've had x-rays, urine analysis, blood analysis all on site and with barely any waiting. It's so good knowing that if we ever have any illnesses or issues for our pets we can go there and know that they'll get the whatever help they need then and there

This is one of most nicest vet clinic I witnessed. Dr. Zacharias and Dr. Gill are so professional and caring with their patients. Thank You for all you do for the well being of the pets.

Took my 4 year old dog here for a small procedure and apparently his heart right just dropped and he passed. THEY HAVE NO SYMPATHY AT ALL! I came in to pick up his picture and paw print and wanted to speak to Dr Zacharias about exactly what happen the day of his passing and she grinned and kind of laughed explaining I’ve already explained to you what happen that day. I WAS IN UTTER SHOCK nothing was going thru my head that day because I had just lost my little baby how hard is it just to be able to explain the situation again? All this clinic cares about is the amount of money they can get from clients, always recommending unnecessary procedures, PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!

If I’d give 0 I would because she’s a furbaby not something to be mistreated I will be posting to share an experience that shouldn’t of happened and a lot of my friends took their poor babies else where

So I wrote a one star review for a receptionists assistance towards a doctor we have seen for years and my cat loved her. Today when I call for her medication and ask about the 100 I usually get and got the privilege which was kind and she said no because of my one star review of her staff and wasn't fair. Where I defended my opinion of her receptionist who was almost holding a laugh stated she was doing a favour, and stated in my previous comment.doctor zaceriah was holding my cats medication because of the Previous star review pointing to the receptionist who clearly wasn't kind and friendly to a patient.

I will continue to share this inconsiderate experience for future clients to move to another vet who treat your furbaby like their very own. Sadly they haven’t done it here lately.sorry doctor but it was not ok how you came about for a cats meds because of a review and refraining to sell medication when I asked you to stop arguing where I asked you a few times I didn’t want to fight Anymore and continue with my furbabys medication. It’s upsetting how you reacted. Stay safe.

We needed our guinea pigs’ nails trimmed and we had a great experience from my first phone call with Deborah to meeting her in person was a delight. Dr Zacharias was so gentle with our furry friends. You can tell she has a real love for animals. We are extremely happy we chose Panorama Village Animal Hospital for our guinea pigs!

Our 2 year old pet rat had a mammary tumour; I emailed them Thursday night, and he was able to have it removed Saturday morning. The whole process was very easy, and I felt like he was in good hands the whole time. Dr. Zacharias was fantastic and it was clear that she was very experienced. Our boy is already recovering really well. I would definitely recommend this clinic for pet rats!

The price was also far more affordable than any vet I could find in Vancouver! It did cost more than I expected based on a few Facebook reviews, but those reviews were pre-pandemic and it's reasonable that prices have increased since then. For us, it was $570 for everything, though the exact cost is obviously situation-dependent. Overall, this place is worth the trip.

Great service from reception to doctor.
Great advice and assessment. Didn't feel pressured at all to have to do anything unnecessarily, especially any surgeries. Will return and recommend!
