Panther Precision Machine

Honestly thought these wheels were toast, spoke to Tommy through a friend and he informed me that it’s fixable, spoke to the people at Panther’s and we agreed on a solution which I was a bit skeptical at first but they ended up turning out amazing (photos don’t do it justice). Would recommend them.

Amazing customer service from the moment I entered the shop. The woman at the front desk was a pleasure, and the adorable doggy was a bonus great service for my badly bent rim, and a very reaonable price. Highly reccomend!

I have to say the staff at panther are truly amazing. Based on pictures I sent them they were able to tell that rims I was going to buy were damaged beyond repair and not worth buying. They have saved me hundreds with their professional and friendly customer service.

Work was good but so it should be for what they charge. I had all four wheels repainted and rims straightened. I paid $1250.
A week later I noticed a small bit of paint coming off on one rims after my new tires were put on and they told me it was probably the tire place. I asked if they could touch it up and the lady at desk said I would have to have the whole rim repainted for another $250. Seriously after what I just spent, they could have just offered small repair patch like the dealers do. Not very good customer service.

I recently got my 4Runner rims Repaired at Panther, they did very good job with reasonable price and completed within two days. My car rims like brand new after that. Highly recommended!

Scratched my wheels. Charged me to fix tires that ultimately they didn't fix. Rip off

Dont go here to get anything polished unless you want a hashed and marred finish.
I had brought 4 aluminum lips to them to be polished, 1 week later when I got the lips back they were extremely hashed and had directional marks all over them.

When I went back the next day to show them that I wasn’t happy with the result they told me that they were only hand polished, mind you I payed $100 per lip and I had told them I wanted a full polish and had even showed them where I had tried to polish them my self and explained I didn’t want any scratches in the finish.

I was told that they need the face of the wheel to put them in the tumbler to achieve a “mirror” finish and that it would be another 50 a lip so in total 600 for all 4 lips. For 100 a lip I expect a full mirror finish not what I received.
Extremely shady that they didn’t explain to me at the start that they need a face to achieve the proper finish. They need to be much more clear with their customers about their scope of work.

Very unpleased with this service should have listened to others when they told me they have messed up jobs before. Steer clear

I had a string of bad luck on the roads of Surrey n Langley this year I have dented and cracked all 4 of my rims and damaged 3 tires from a brand new set of 4. I was told about Panther from a friend so I went there and the people that work there were fabulous they took me on right away. I am a handicapped person and they realized that I need my vehicle to get around so I was extremely impressed with the great work that they did plus the time that they gave me back my truck I even had to go back to get one rim fixed twice as I went over a bridge not realizing that it was separating and had created a big lip in the concrete and they were so good to me and their employee of the month is someone that everybody should meet. I give this place of business a 5 star rating I highly recommend everyone go there u will never regret it. To all the staff there I THANK YOU SO MUCH

Panther Precision is amazing!
I have been struggling keeping air in my tires, and was told by Kal Tire that the issue was with my rim. I brought my car in to Panther Precision to have them fix the rim, however after they took a look, they realized that there was no issue with my rim, rather the issue was with my tire. The filled what needed to be filled and sent me on my way.

They are very kind, and easy to deal with, and customer focused!
I highly recommend them.

When needed, Panther Precision will be my first choice

Not a good experience. Simple fix on motorcycle wheel.there for over two weeks. Can’t get a straight answer from owner. Was told working on it for days. Nothing done at all.

Panther precision were very accommodating and delivered a repair well ahead of time. Tony and the team not only repaired my rim within a very short time frame, but were also very easy to deal with. I highly recommend their services.

Have used panther many times in the past and they do excellent work and have very good service. I have preferred their work over other wheel repair shops. I had to go in to check if I had a crack in my rim. I called to see how to go about getting this done on the phone I was told that the inspection of the rim would be at no cost if there is damage they will repair it and let me know the cost before they begin the work. After inspection they found no damage to the rims, and when I went to pick up the car they said it would be $100 for the inspection. I was a little surprised considering I was told different. I did not expect them to do the inspection for free, I had no issues making the payment. Just did not appreciate not knowing prior to booking the appointment.

Had a great experience with Patricia & Tony. The advice & workmanship & final result was awesome. My original rims went from worn out to brand new with detailed back coloring. Fantastic job.

Excellent Job. They been doing this right for well over 20 years. Quality work ain't cheap and cheap work ain't good work. So if you need your wheels refinished etc professionally and done right ️ This is the place. Highly recommend. Did and amazing Job on my BBS forged rims.

The lady on reception was awesome - so polite, she even came to my car to drop the tire! Awesome customer service!

They fixed my brand new rims, i was forced into a curb, passenger side, they did a wonderful job, only took a few days, Patricia is such a helpful wonderful person, spoke to her hubby, he is a good guy too, I would highly recommend this company!

These guys are amazing. Explained what my rim issue was and brought my rim out. The tech took one looked and solved it in 3sec. Best part was they didn’t even charge me! I had the green Corvette
