COLD PIZZA! Delivered on the hip of the delivery person. There was no protection (insulated bag) to keep it warm, just his hip. Next to nothing on it and I ordered two extra toppings! Border House Slice Pizza! Don’t do it! Order from someone else! Worst Pizza I have ever tried to eat!

XL NY Style pizza. 38 bucks.fewer toppings than their small pizza, barely warm, freshness seal - OPEN.and so I refused to tip. TOTAL RIPOFF. ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED

First time ate papa johns pizza and Mr Ajay who deal with us and gave the pizza as told, pizza was awesome

Great-tasting pizza, of course, its a kiosk-style front end, only 4 sit-downs to wait for pizza to be picked up. I suppose a person could eat there, but it'd be cramped.

Good Pizza /Papadia, fast service. Usually order is ready 15 to 30 minutes. Nice extras with garlic sauce & pickled pepper. Pretty much a regular now as the food is consistently good and value is there with papa points and discounts.

Extremely poor delivery experience. Tak was dreadful lowest quality service I've experienced in the food industry. When was unable to locate my wallet after a delivery driver DEMANDED tip he aggressively told me "order pick up next time", when I genuinely didn't understand I asked him again and said "pardon" and he replied the same thing firmer "order pick up next time" Called management - no offer to make it right just simply stated "we're sorry we'll talk to him". Typically ordered from them as thought quality of service was superior to domino's etc. He doesn't have to worry there won't be a next time. This employee should be dismissed if doesn't have adaquate service skills.

Weird dude assuming security took pictures of me when I was in side papa johns then walked away very weird an suspicious other than that this place is fast and tastes pretty good?

For a franchise that prides itself on “quality of ingredients” that is clearly not the case. The meat on these pizzas is of such a low quality that small pieces of bone was found in my beef or sausage, repeatedly. The “Canadian bacon” is also just cubed ham, very misleading and not what I was expecting. The staff here go above and beyond. The quality of ingredients will stop me from ordering from any Papa John’s again.

Medium pizza (meat lovers) lol 5 pieces of super thin pizza pepperoni, some chucks of ham. That's it. Whole pizza scam city. Meat lovers my rear-end. Shopping else where. Bye bye papa cardboard with no toppings

McCallum manager AJAY PATEL is a total clown. He refused to deliver my paid in advance order then calls me back 45 minutes later to ask if I am going to pick up my cold pizza. Thanks GOOF!

Pizza ok, I had ordered the Hawaii pineapple with bacon bits not bad with chicken wings, they forgot the dip overall experience it was good, delivery person forgot my full receipt.

My partner and I have been delighted with the exemplary service and quality of the food here. The manager A. Cheap, decent pizza. My girlfriend got an email from the members subscription for free cheese sticks on orders over $15. We ordered $25 worth of pizza and it was a hassle to get them to honor the deal due to online ordering issues. Overall, worth it.

This pizza was hands down my favourite pizza. Whoever works at this location clearly cares about quality, and the extra steps of calling me to confirm whether my sauce choices were okay for me was just the tip of the iceberg. I can tell you all care about quality food. I wanted to call you guys and tell you all directly how good of a job you guys did, and tried, but i was interrupted while on hold. A lot of people just think its about the food, and i know a lot of food service workers dont get much love. But i have been in the hospital all weekend due to depression and i was feeling very low about life and was so stressed out because of it and wanted a nice pizza to relax afterward, and i made the right decision. Thank you guys for making my weekend just that much better:)

Love this location, and moreover i love the senior manager that works there. She is so polite and makes you feel very important as a customer. Food is always hot and accurate. Prices are decent too, they follow all Covid safety precautions and that is reassuring! Great job guys/gals.

I understand covid is out here. But people buy from your service with cash bills all the time. But for you to toss my change at me after dropping it on your dirty floors.

The pizza hardly had any of the toppings that we order, eg: one whole slice had nogreen peppers on it. Very few pieces of ham. Very dissatisfied with the pizza tonight

Food is great and the staff has been very friendly for the 4 times we've gone there for lunch at work. We'll be going again I'm sure.

Excellent pizza, always consistent at the perfect ratio of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. I know this is a franchise but the owner makes sure he has the friendliest hardworking staff ever. Garlic sauce also compliments pizza perfectly. I always order from them, I never have written a review before but the quality of the pizza told me that I have to. This pizza never lets me down, staff is so nice and kind on phone. GREAT pizza, GREAT price, GREAT location what else could you need!

If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered for my household and we all got food poisoning and still sick from it. I would not recommend this place

I ordered pizza and 16 wings. They only had 14 wings so they gave me a free cookie with my order. This isnt the first time they have given me a free dessert either.

We always get this pizza at work. It's amazing and usually disappears within a couple of minutes!

Let's start with the pizza.it's always hot and delicious! The toppings always taste fresh and are well dispersed on the pizza. And then the the Garlic Cheddar knots.there are no words for how yummy those are! The people that are working there are obviously happy in their team environment; the friendly and pleasant owner of this location has done a great job!

Sauces were salty enough to cure a hide. Bill was confusing. I ordered the papa trio. 3 med pizzas with 3 toppings. Was charged for 3 medium pizzas one was $1.00 more than the other 2 then a discount to match the special. Weird and confusing. On a positive note. The staff are pleasant people.

I was relatively new to Abbotsford in 2018 and still hadn't found a pizza that I really liked. Then I decided to give Papa John's a try and I am very glad I did. The pizza is delicious and never overcooked.
My review of John Schnatter the former owner/ceo would be different (the reason for my reluctance to try it) but this is about pizza and they are great at making it.

Such lovely staff and owner, every time i order from them it’s come in a timely fashion and the pizza is high quality! Highly recommend the chicken bbq pizza!

Had the vegetarian large on a thin crust. They made it in less than 10 minutes. Very pleasant staff and easy to engage in a bit of friendly chatter. We ate it in the store, seated at one of their comfortable bistro table/chairs arranged there

Horrible food. I wanted to give 0 star. Garlic suase that they deliver is butter and didnt follow my instructions. Service is so poor.

Overall the best pizza in town.staff have a heart of gold and will do everything they can to make sure that your happy.all that for 11.99 for a large takeaway what more can you ask for!

This is my top pizza pick in Abbotsford. Tasty pizza and I can tell that the hardworking owner (Karen) cares about her staff and clients which makes all the difference. 5 stars

The pizza was meh for the price I paid. All i could taste was tomato there were barely any toppings on it. I will say though that the staff was friendly but will be getting my pizza elsewhere from now on.

The staff here are always friendly and do their best to make sure you're in and out with delicious pizza as quickly as possible.

The app is very helpful and the only way I order, and is accurate in it's estimated time almost always.
