Papa John's Pizza

Ordered butter chicken pizza.found it cold, without any toppings and only thick crust. Worst pizza till now. They are a pizza shop but won't give you any toppings.

Paid $4 for extra pinapple (SEE PIC of what $4 looks like) they took the meat off the pineapple side, and theres like 1 nub of pinapple on each slice.

Called the restaurant before making this review, and guess what, your bad attitude has now caught you a 1*

I understand inflation blah blah blah, but you need to understand, if you're gonna charge double for everything, then my expectations for quality have now doubled too.

I came here to order my usual pizza. Went in and mentioned bout my rewards and accdg to the guy they do not have it in their system. So I said, last time they were able to enter it no problem. Then, i proceeded w ordering and I’m the type who’s particular w my pizza; they hesitated doing my request. What a customer service! Kindly train your people esp this Saturday June 3,2023 nightshift. They seem to not know how to do anything.

Won't order hear anymore when I found out tips are mandatory. They should pay their employees properly and not force their customers to suppliment the employees income. I tip for good service, that is what a tip is for!

Epic pepperoni stuffed crust and that famous garlic sauce why wouldn't you grab a piping hot Schnatter's pie? The staff are always smiling and pleasant. No point going to the other guys, this location is true to the John Schnatter way, better ingredients, better pizza.

I have tried pizzas at many places but this place is outstanding with excellent service, friendly staff & cleanliness.

Amazing taste. My all time favourite pizza. Love the garlic parmesan crust. So flavourful and satisfying. Also, my second favourites are jalepeno poppers. Love the spice.

I just spent 20 minutes trying to order a cheese pizza. Shouldn't be too hard right? That's what I thought! The app wouldn't let me, the mobile site wouldn't let me, and the computer site wouldn't let me. Went to live chat, explained everything, and the agent said "try restarting everything". I explained that I did. Numerous times. Agent told me to do it again and if there was anything else they could help with.
Waste of time!
I wanted to use my papa dough before it expires. Guess I'll just find a new pizza place since obviously my money isn't valuable to them. Since my time sure isn't.
Do yourself a favor and don't order from Papa John's.

This papa John’s is exactly what you've come to expect from the restaurant chain, but this location stands out for two reasons: the staff is great and the pizza is always well made. It's really quick to order via the website and there are always some decent combo deals available.

Probably the best locally run pizza-shop in town. Customer service, consistent quality and hygiene is always up to standard.

Best place to eat. They maintain all sanitation and quality if pizza is just so good. Will definitely order again.

It is an amazing pizza place. The customer service is incredible and excellent. The owners are friendly and always welcoming. They are following strict Covid guidelines while preparing and delivering food. Highly recommended!

This is the best place in town to get your share of mouthwatering pizzas. If their pizzas were on the table instead of the cookies then I would have failed the Marshmellow test.

Seriously the grossest, most unsafe place to eat. Worst of all, when I took the wings back to them, they provided the worst customer service and offered to put the food that they gave me back in the oven (1. It’s extremely unsanitary and against the health code, 2. It’s disgusting).
As for the Donair Pizza that I’ve ordered, it had pepperoni in it, which wasn’t mentioned in the description + I am allergic to. The lady told me to “just pick it off”…
Honestly, I ordered food over $100; and had 8 invitees at my place, however, I had to leave the gathering and my night ruined due to their extremely rude and bad customer service.

LONG STORY SHORT, AVOID!

Only ordered from them a couple times in the past. But after tonight’s order, it will be the last time. Pizza dough was far from cooked.

Food is always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly. Their garlic knots are amazing, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

Pizza was decent as usual.
However, the wings were inedible. Borderline rancid. Dangerous. My Wife and I took one bite and could not swallow.
Called the branch that served us to Express our concerns without a request for any kind of compensation, Just a general concern of safety for their customers, and that may want to check their inventory for a spoiled product.
Well, this concern for my community and their business was met with rude indifference and complete lack of interest for what could be a very serious problem.
If you live in maple ridge and are ordering from pappa John's, you might want to skip the wings.
I have frozen my order and will be contacting the health agency on monday so there can be a proper inspection

Great customer service. My wife accidentally dropped our pizza when she picked it up and they quickly remade our pizza without any hassle. We sincerely appreciate their customer service.

Ordered from papa johns tonight.pizza and wings. Pizza was decent as usual. The wings however, were inedible. Beyond inedible, near rancid actually. Dangerous.
Called the restaurant to let them know. Did not ask for a refund or any kind of compensation, just wanted to let them know that they are serving an expired product and as a public health concern, you may want to check your inventory.
I was met with rude indifference and a careless dismissive attitude.

Awesome go to place for Pizza Cravings. The new owners are energetic, experienced and great with customer service. By far the only clean and hygiene pizza place i have seen in a very long time. With my vegetarian limitations the staff acknowledges my requests and gives me their experienced suggestions to try different combinations. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, family and colleagues.

Best pizza we can find in town that will deliver to us, but unfortunately everytime their debit machine doesnt work and always ask if we have cash.then make us call and pay with a credit card over the phone. A driver has more then twice stood in the middle of the street in the pouring rain to try and get a signal. Ugh

I order online. Pizza is ready and hot when I pick up. Staff are friendly. If they had beer life would be perfect
