The best pizza ever! I have tried almost every pizza in Vancouver. Papa johns is really different by using real great ingredients! The cheese, the dough, the sauce and the veggies, meat are all high quality ingredients that makes a pizza very delicious and even addictive! I love their pizza’s! And their service is very good. Very friendly and professional. When you ask for the pizza well done it’s actually well done! When you ask for extra cheese they generously add cheese! Please try their cheddar garlic knots! That’s a killer! It’s sooo good! It’s so tasty it’s my favourite side order! I really recommend papa Johns over any pizza! Thank you papa Johns for you great pizza and service. And hey! Their delivery is fast too! You order it’s there within 20 minutes! Max 30! Very well done and thank you!

One of the best branches around, the pizza are always top quality and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

Customer service is okay, BUT the food and quality they provide are terrible. We ordered the pizza and the sticks, so although the pizza was okayish (not tasty though) the “sticks” they made were terrible like almost no cheese on it and literally they were roundly shaped having nothing to look like the “stick”.

This is a take out restaurant only. The pizza is pretty good for the price. Very classic american style pizza with a good crust.

I have tried to place an order twice now over the last 2 weeks and it has been canceled both times. No explanation why. This location is brutal

It's a franchise so you usually know what to expect. A decent pizza with average amount of toppings.

The service at this location was good. Ordered a pizza for pickup through the inkine service. And because I was new customer they called me to make sure I knew how to get to the location and verify my order.

10/10. I received a free slice today while eating my lunch. The pizza is great and tjr service is even better!

Very dissapointing. Mediterranean pizza looked nothing like in pics advertised. Was more like a cheese pizza. Meat pizza had little toppings as well. When you spend 50 dollars on pizza you expect more than bread and cheese.

Had my first Pizza from this Papa Johns yesterday. Pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience. Very reasonable carryout specials and pizza was tasty + fresh.

Feel it was superior to the other local outlets (Dominoes, Uncle Fatih & Pizza Pizza).

Cancelled my order stating the location isn't participating in the province wide 50% Off discount (even though the order was placed successfully on the Papa John's website).

I'm never giving this location a cent if they want to play by their own rules despite being part of an international restaurant chain

Edit: If your store isn't participating in the promotion then ask the national chain to ensure it doesn't work when I place the order on the website. As a customer, it's not my responsibility to figure out which store is participating in the promotion and which isn't

I have officially stopped ordering from this location! I hate giving negative reviews but world needs to know that this isn’t the best location to order from. It’s happened more than once that the guys have answered their phone with “yuppp” and anything that I would say to them they would respond with “yuppp” over and over. I know that they probably get paid the minimum wage and that they don’t care too much, but good customer service will definitely get you better tips! They have also cheapened out on their toppings, I ordered beef pizza last week and there was barely any beef on it. Management please have coaching session with them and perhaps give them a raise, maybe that will make them a bit happier or in a friendlier and more professional mood!

UPDATE: Changing my review from one star to five due to the new owner. Since he has taken over this location, this place has been amazing!
The owner and the employees that work here now are super friendly, thank you for the great service.

Pizza in this location is excellent and delicious. Out of all the other pizza shops Ive ordered, from this location seems to be my go to. It was love at first bite. Friendly service, and very responsive owner.

Just not really my taste. It was an okay pizza with a non competitive price: sadly, it is too expensive. The stuffed crust should have gotten cooked longer so that the cheese could melt properly. The garlic parmesan cheese on the crust is nice thought nonetheless. However, i am not thinking to come back here sorry to say: (

Interesting fact of the day: Papa John's pizza has a very expensive total franchise fee, and that is why you dont see the store as often as the others. Cheers!

My name is Amir i love this place great service from under new management very good service and delicious pizza i can eat every day especially from this location ask umud he will make you the best pizza the new management to this place he’s a great guy all the best for ever.

Usually good pizza and service. Beware they shutdown the app 30 minutes before they close the store. Then when you call in to place the order they will not give you the same specials which were offered online.

I ordered a zesty Italian trio pizza from this place. There’s a banana pepper is on side but no banana pepper toppings on the pizza. Very disappointed.

Update:
The store manager called me roughly 30 minutes after I post my review and apologized for the mistake. Then he told me that mistakes do happen and I should not post a bad review online, instead I should contact them first. Next time he would add extra pepper toppings.

First I appreciate the store manager followed up very quickly on this matter. But as a customer, I feel it’s more like a compliant that I should not make a bad review. After I point out it’s redundant to add extra peppers as it will make the pizza super spicy. He then said he would add one extra toppings to my next order.

I still remember I got two pizzas delivered to me from dominos when I only ordered one as they forgot one topping when making the first one. I agree that mistakes do happen but what you do after the mistakes makes a big difference. And I suggest before calling a customer, you should calm down.

I never write reviews but I have had consistently bad pizza from this location. Papa John's is my absolute favorite and I order from a location by my work often. The difference between the pizzas I get from my work location and home location would astound you. I always order extra cheese and I have NEVER gotten it from this store, they barley sprinkle enough to cover the base with visible holes. I have been disappointed everytime I have gotten a pizza from this location. You have certainly lost this customer!

Never going there again. They are more confused about the menu than I was. Lol! After seeing one of the guys kept picking his ears. I didn't want him making my pizza. So I left. Bad experiences

Seriously Papa Johns is the best pizza. Panago is like what 3 day old papa johns tastes like. You can’t beat the signature garlic dip. That cookie too? Damn. Delicious. Long live papa. This location specifically always kills it. Much love.
