Papa John's Pizza

There's no seating and it's chain brand pizza, so if you're already in for that, these are some of the kindest food service workers I've met in a while. They make sure you're getting a good deal.

We had our second visit to PJP just after couple of days cuz our taste buds were craving for another round of pizza. We were craving for garlic bread sticks and melted cheesy pizza. So this guy. Vick suggested the best combo for the pizza base for our pizza purchase. And we will try it next time. Btw he is a very friendly and a supportive person. So we will definitely come again soon cuz of him.

Today, I ordered two big pizza. As soon as I got those, I was so dissapointed because those were upside down.
I know, it could be delivery person's bad.but I cannot still understand.

This is a culinary treasure with its perfect pizzas, generously topped with fresh ingredients, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere! Defenal a must-visit spot for pizza enthusiasts! Love this place!

First time having papa johns and blown away by the high quality ingredients and the variety. Super friendly staff.

The store looks super clean. Taste is amazing. Love their dipping sauce. Such a good variety. Definitely recommend.

They got my order wrong multiple times in a row. The first time, the staff told me I could order again if I wanted the food I wanted that I had put on the online order. Then I was sold something off their website that doesn't even exist anymore, yet they charged me for it, and didn't deliver it, then treated me like a pain when I called and complained. Don't ask to talk to the manager, he's rude and unprofessional and will do even less to keep customers then the staff there will do for you when they mess up.

I just placed a pizza order here.
The delivery person not only violated my clear instructions to leave it off at the back, but I believe he also tossed the pizza on the ground and placed it back in the box before delivering it there. I'm at a loss for words other than to say SHAME ON YOU, whoever delivered it!

I even tried calling the store; they don’t pick up.

The Asian guy who manages the place is nice. If you want to work here though, you better be good at math. Haha.

I took advantage when they opened 5 years ago with a 5 dollar pepperoni pizza, and it was good. I would order from here again.

Absolutely repulsive! In he had better Little Caesars 2 day old $5 pizzas! I am done with PaPa Johns. Toppings poor quality even if get any, leave over an inch of dry crust. Trust me do not waste your money. Don’t even mull on it. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

I got a Hawaiian. I could've got a better frozen pizza at the supermarket. Just a really bad tasting pizza with barely any ham and limp crust. And the guy was reluctant to help get past the tip on the machine. Like I'm going to give you a tip when I picked it up.

I LOVE the Papa Johns Vancouver location. Moved to this area, first time ordering from here.ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a diet Pepsi for delivery. I received a pepperoni pizza with barely ANY cheese, and a Dr. Pepper (wrong drink)

At other papa John's they used to give me more cheese than this when I wouldn't even order extra cheese. The layer of cheese was so thin it barely covered the sauce and crust. I posted a picture of it under "photos"

Melanie that answered the phone was extremely rude. She was very professional and willing to accept my order until she realized I’m African American (fosho she’s racist)

Upon realizing I’m black she quickly cut me off and said “oh I’m sorry we’re out of small dough you’ll need to order a medium”. That wasn’t an issue for me, I simply ordered a medium pizza instead. Now imagine the look on my face when she says “actually we don’t have any medium dough either”. My jaw completely dropped. After being disappointed twice I asked if she would be willing to upgrade my pizza to a large and I’ll pay for a medium. She replied with “haha I don’t have the authority to do that, and even if I could I wouldn’t. Just pay for a large nigga”

At this point I was completely mind blown and asked to speak to the manager. Which is when “Rob” invited me to the store so we could fist fight over a nearly $3 difference in price. I declined his offer and ordered from dominos which is exactly what anybody reading this should do. Would give 0 stars if I could

Garlic knots are not good, it’s just dough. That’s it, very less flavour only on the outside. Instead order cheesy bread.

Wish I could give no stars, they ripped me off a 2L drink and Chicken poppers, when attempting to talk with the female manager she kept cutting me off and was being very rude, she yelled at me and hung up the phone on me, they stole money from me, even if it could’ve been a skipthedishes mistake with the ordering system, she still had NO REASON to act childish and rude towards us, this was our first time ordering here at this location and I will be ordering from a farther location on purpose to avoid the rude employees.

The owner of this location is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I saw him talking to his employees too. He messed up my order well. I will never recommend this location to anyone!

Got 1 large Alfredo and 1 regular cheese both extra cheese got less cheese and more dough than any other Papa jhones branch. Do not recommend this store. Also all Papa jhones branches cover 60 persentage only cheese then gradually decreased on the edges. Stingy cheap made pizza store for the price we pay! No thanks that is my last timebwith this junk store.

Tried Papa John's for the first time, I was satisfied. I'll be back to this location even though it's a bit further for me.

Best pizza ever! Robert the new owner is amazing me and my family always come in for pizzas and breadsticks and they always make it so good and so perfect! My family really loves the breadsticks with the sauce! Would definitely recommend!

Wow! Tried Papa Johns for the first time recently and was very satisfied. Fast delivery and it tastes much fresher than Pizza Hut or dominos. I highly recommend this location.

Not happy at all with the pizza, did not mentioned the size, i assumed it was a large through skip the dishes, it turned out to be 2 small pizza for $46, cold and tasteless. Order number was 295184842 if you wanna reach out we can talk as you can see how many times i have ordered through skip the dishes with you guys. For sure will be ordering from another place

Previously this was one of my favorite places to grab a pizza. Now 2 out of the last 3 times they have messed up my order. I dont like complaining but this was the 2nd time so I called and was told to bring the pizza back. I live 15 mins away so I said no thanks. I hoped they would make a fresh pizza and deliver it to my house. No such luck. Very disappointed and obviously changing my previous review.
Customer service is very important to me and they get a F. If you do go there for pick up be aware the location is in a Sketchy part of town.

After dealing with guildford for years and change of ownership I find the old staff working at this location, i bit out of my way but they product a better product than the guildford location can ever hope.will be a loyal customer to them from now on

Hated the Cheese Crust they brag and charge you about.
DON'T go for Cheese Burst. It's just thick mozeralla in the corners.

I ordered this pizza as lightly sauced, but it was literally drenched with it's sauce. Seriously, they put too much sauce, it was sipping out to the pizza box. Because of it's overwhelming amount of sauce, none of us were able to finish a slide. It was too sweet and salty, so we were tasting almost bitter taste. Also, they sent us most pathetic looking banana pepper pickle. It was the smallest Papa John's pepper I ever saw, and it was dry.

Try wearing a hair net! Just ordered 2 pizzas and pulled a LONG hair out of the XL one. I used to like this place, but that's a wrap. Into the trash and never again.

One of the best Papa Johns I’ve been too. Very friendly staff and EXCEPTIONAL delivery people! 10/10 would totally recommend

This location is absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service, I received an email asking to review my recent order and the owner has emailed me directly harassing me because I was unhappy with how I was treated. I would avoid this location.

Excellent pizza. Ordered online for our christmas party and everything was exactly correct and delicious. Fast service by the two guys inside. Repeat customer.

Worst store to get orders from. They have messed up my orders several times and never ever asked for compensation just out of courtesy.

Ordered the new jalepino popper rolls. Just dough and a single jalepino. No cream cheese. Not worth it. Pizzas good, cant do new stuff right though

Pizza was really bad and their employees have no sense to talk rather than acknowledging employee started to argue that this is how we make pizza you don't know how to order.

Really disappointed with experience not only pizza but more with the employee they should really be taught how to talk to a customer
