The owners running thid place are amazing. I called 15 min before it closed. I had a really bad day and not only did the woman make me a pizzs, she gave me 20% off but i gave it back in a tip (psy it forward people). To top it off, i dhot past the location AND they stayed open for me. I hjghly recommend this location!

Ordered a pizza from Papa John’s for pickup and it was a fantastic experience! The process was speedy, and the pizza was both delicious and kid-approved. Definitely our go-to spot for a family pizza night!

Overpriced for the poor quality. Don't mind spending more for good quality food.

I am baffled by the quality. They put no sauce on our pizzas. Seems like the owner is cheaping out on the Ingredients. Terrible business practice. The manager Ru thinks she is a know it all, no empathy and care whatsoever. She wants to give me a 20% discount for the next order when I spent $130. What a joke!
Save your money and your frustration. Stay clear from them as they are so unprofessional! Still fighting with head office to get my money back.

Worst service, they made my order wrong and when I called to see how can they fix it, they said no we can't and it is what it is

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 6 wings, they ran out of wings so threw in 2 chicken balls and a ball of meatless bone! They didn't call to inform me, I would not have accepted their decision of a "substitution".
I called to complain and the girl, was rude and "oh we were too busy to call you to let you know" and told me she'd call back and didn't. I waited 45 mins, called back and was told she left already. I left a message for the manager to call me the next day, and no call was returned. I called the location back and was told the manager won't be in and they don't know when she will be. I asked who took my order and her name was Roo, said she closed that night so I was lied to. I left another message for the manager who's name is apparently Jenny and now it's been 3 days and no call back so next wk I will call the head office in Calgary. On a previous order, I had the delivery person (female) demand a tip! I couldn't believe it. I told her never, ever do that again. Called the manager about that. I have found that the quality of the food and service is absolutely terrible. I will never order from them again.

I personally love Papa John's pizza, but this location ain't it.needs improvement on quality control otherwise you will lose customers
