Staff members are always welcoming, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. The pizza here is real amazing, fresh and would recommend trying these guys out.

I tried ordering from this location off Skip the Dishes, twice, only to have the order cancelled. I thought, "Third time's the charm" and got it once more.

All I ordered was a medium ultimate pepperoni, a couple of drinks, and a dessert. When I got the order, for some reason there were (gross) sausages on my pizza and a pepperoncini loose in the box that I didn't order. There was also a garlic aoili dip in the box that I didn't order as well, so not only could I not eat the pizza, I got a bunch of extras that went to waste.

Definitely a slap in the face after giving them so many chances. I got my skip refund for the pizza, but I don't recommend this location. Dominoes and Local Pizza are the same price, but they'll actually listen to what you order.

Pizza is awesome in my opinion, my go to usually, way better than dominoes, tastes much fresher and less greasy. I generally order delivery and have had absolutely no problems with it, delivery is always pretty fast professional and polite.

People are comparing this to the fancier pizza places in town, I think that's stupid and ridiculous. Papa johns should be compared to Domino's, BP and even Sarpinos, it's a massive chain that offers cheap, simple pies for a low price. The new York pie I ordered was better than any other big chain pizza restaurant I've had in Victoria by a lot shot (I'm sorry sarpinos). The pie wasn't insanely salty like dominos, the crust was soft, thin and floppy, just as a new York pizza should be. The sauce was great, maybe not on par with sarpinos, but overall from a classic NY pie standpoint it was better and more balanced. They give a complementary sweet pepper and garlic sauce with the order, also the ranch sauce is surprisingly excellent and not salty and sweet as **** like most places. Definitely my new late night cheap pizza spot.

I waited 40 minutes for a pizza that I was told would be out in 17 minutes. The guy at the desk hardly knew what he was doing and there was a lineup out the door while no one was at the counter for over 10 minutes. When I asked for a refund they would only give me half of my money back. First and last time I will be going here. Horrible management.

First time trying Papa Johns and I’ve heard mixed reviews majority negative, but I still gave it a shot. Pizza is bland like really bland. Taste like I’m eating a watery tomato sauce covered with flavourless cheese and basic dough. The only saving grace was the the garlic dip. You’re much better off going somewhere local or even dominos imo.

I got a medium 2 topping pizza with pepperoni and cheese.

I went back and got a 2nd pizza with more toppings using a $5 off coupon. Papa John's only allows 2 changes to be made to a 5 topping pizza. With Domino's I can order a extravagant pizza and replace all toppings.

It's decent/good pizza for what it is, but I think I'd rather just get Domino's because they have better promos.

The pizza was great for the special price we got it at. Seems other people had a different experience but the cheese, crust, sauce, etc we received were all high quality and flavourful for being a budget pizza.

My partner and I really wanted to try this new pizza place so we went there and ordered the Philly cheese steak papaDias with parmasean crust but they gave us a Philly cheese steak pizza instead - I was wondering why it costed $26.00 maybe the front desk lady was didn’t hear me correctly but it wasn’t a great 1st experience. We ended up eating the pizza because we didn’t want to drive all the way back, the pizza was okay but didn’t have much steak on it. And the special garlic dip was just garlic flavoured butter.
