Incredibly kind! Placed an order for delivery and when there was an issue finding a driver the owner went out of his way to make sure I got my dinner. Thank you marcel for your help! You made my midterm season a bit more bearable

Contacting Papa J head office. Order took 45 mins and Uber driver was sat waiting for over 30 mins!
So i phoned them then Staff lied about order being given to Uber driver.
Uber driver heard staff say “if he calls again ignore it from that number”
They hung up phone after I got through and said they busy and Uber driver is late even though I can see he sitting there.

Terrible service.

Amazing pizza and garlic knots! Patient service and great location from the beach and in between other stores.

The customer service was great and the help was efficient. I enjoy the crust and quality of the pizza here.

This is one of the best pizza point in Vancouver. Mouthwatering pizza formulas and hand crafted to suit the of original Italian pizzas so tender and yum! Woo!

We loved the service, suggestions and flexibility of Papa Johns in Vancouver near False Creek. The manager Hiren was amazing and I would definitely go back to this place again! Recommend it to all of you!

I order from here on the regular. Whenever I get pizza from here for a group, they ask where it is from because they like it so much! Good variety and great flavour.
But the biggest reason I keep coming back is the people - they are so kind and always friendly. Times when I've mixed something up with my order, they're happy to help me sort it out. If ever they've made an error, I think once they delivered a bit late, they are quick to apologise and make it right.
Definitely recommend.
Bonus - you earn 'Papa Dough' when you buy stuff there. I had a free pizza today on my Papa Dough:)

Good pizzas. No sitting place. Try bread knots. They are really soft and tasty with garlic and cheese. The pizza bread was really soft and filled with cheese. It's really yummy and tasty.

Never going back to Papa Johns again. Worst cheese pizza ever. The Works wasn’t awful but nothing special so there’s plenty of pizza joints.

We always order zesty Italiano all the time, taste and customer service is good for me, disappointed to see so many bad reviews for this place.

I ordered $80 worth of Pizza for my daughter’s birthday from Papa Johns ALMA street Location—Vancouver BC. The app wasn’t working to track the pizza being made etc.we called after 45 min. The lady told us it was ready and she was waiting for delivery driver…maybe another 10 minutes. We called again after 1 hr 30 minutes. Still no driver coming soon. Then 2 hours later we called and told them the app is now working and it says that the order was delivered (when clearly it was not!) and to rate our driver “Joe”! They told me it wasn’t picked up yet by the driver. I told them to hold onto it and that my husband Was on his way. We are 5 minutes away. My husband picked up all the pizzas. The labels on the outside describing them were correct. He brought them home and 2 of them were completely incorrect. They gave us only cheese pizzas. The correct topping ones were incorrect with extra sauce. I have been ordering from this location for years and recently had another experience with this location where they made one of our pizzas wrong and hubby who picked it up waited another 20 minutes. No apology from the owner or manager. Just that mistakes happen. I am not sure if they changed ownership post panademic. Pizza tastes saltier and not the same. We have thrown in the towel and will never waste or time or money ordering from here. In addition, they gave my number to a skip the dishes guy who called me and confronted me on why I picked up my order (after 2 hours of waiting) and then he hung up on me! We called the owner to let her know the 2 pizzas were just cheese and she said she was going to send the correct pizzas which she never did. My husband put the 2 pizzas away as last time she wanted the wrong pizza returned- which we did return. They never showed up with the replacement pizzas. Good thing I had enough other food to feed a house full of teenagers. Don’t waste your time.
