Papa John's Pizza

First time delivery. Arrived cold. Absolutely horrible pizza. Never again.
Is there ANY good pizza in this town.

By far the best location for Papa John’s. Maneesha and Mandeep are excellent, and the owner is always super nice here. Also helps that the pizza is great.

Insanely good pizza! It was the best pizza I have had for years. Seriously, yum! Tomato, chicken, ham, pineapple. The sauce is so good!

First time (and last time). Expensive $34 for 2 small specialty pizza's. VERY stingy on toppings + cheese on both Greek and Super Hawaiian and quite frankly just taste boring - even with the extra banana peppers on the "not so super" hawaiian. There is much better pizza out there.

Ordered a pizza tonight and some jalapeno bites online. Prepaid as required. After waiting 1.5 hours, I checked and they're closed. Their website still allowed me to pay and told me a delivery time. That time has passed as of 45 minutes ago. Now I have no food and I have to call tomorrow to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Its an average pizza. I've tried it a few times at friends and this was the first time we got it and wasn't impressed. I mean it's good but not great. There's a lot better pizza places in town. My pepperoni mushroom had very little pepperoni or mushrooms. The ham and bacon one same thing. The kids loved it because it was basically cheese pizzas. And for the price it's not worth it.

Just waited at the front counter for 15 minutes then one of the 2 workers walked out to go on a delivery and didn’t even acknowledge us, we went to subway instead it was awesome

I went this place for a large 4 topping pizza. I Clearly mentioned don’t make it crispy but this guy I guess he is the owner made exactly opposite and added almost half kilogram jalapeno in it I called him and explained about this then he said he has a measuring cup and so every time some one ask for jalapeño he give one full cup. So beware of this place guys. Funny part is he said he is working in this sector for last 14 years. Typical Indian rude character. No racism I am also from India. Good luck with ur business

The Eagle Landing location is our only source of pizza, because the staff are friendly, if something is wrong they fix it, and their times are second to none.

I love Papa Johns. I ordered a parmesan crusted papadias and brought it home to find it wasnt what I ordered. I called to let them know & the person I spoke with argued with me & insisted he had put parmesan crusted, however I explained I've had it before (last week) and know it is not crusted (which I paid extra for). He insisted & all but called me a liar. Then agressively asked me what I want him to do, to which I replied.what do you want to do? I am a weekly customer. I didn't say this, but in my experience, a manager will typically offer an apology & redo the order, not argue & insult his (now) former repeat customer. Very poor customer service & complaint managment/resolution. I will say the kind gentleman who took my order & served me was a great guy whom I complimented. I'm sorry I won't enjoy his service again (at least not at this papa johns location). And shame on you Mr. Manager.if you do not care about your customers & know how to treat them respectfully, you should not be in a customer service business.

These pizzas slap harder than my grandma. Never a complaint about quality, taste, and especially service. Staff are wonderful and pleasant to be around. I only grab pizza from this papa Js, it’s wondrous and zesty. Always go in, never order delivery, because the staff basically are great. 10/10 happy, all the time every time. Some people just are trolls and leave bad reviews. I’ve been going here for 5ever and am always satisfied. Call the crust Mars because it’s outta this world.

So I ordered a zesty Italian which was supposed to have banana peppers on it and I got 2 - pieces!?

Good clean friendly. GF pizza is delicious, pie crust is too thin though. Cost more and get less.

Inconsistant both with toppings and temperature!
Then when you call, on the occasion that your order is sub par!

The only reason this place is getting 1 star from me is because I couldnt give them a zero or negative stars. First of all.their ingredients are low quality. I know this because I spent the following day with gut pains. Secondly, after paying an extremely high price for my pizza, it showed up with the most pathetic amount of toppings I've ever seen. Take my advice and boycott this pizza chain.

We ordered simple medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. We never said anything about thin crust.

It arrived with thin crust - and PINEAPPLE! Disgusting! The toppings were the skimpiest I've ever seen.

It makes me said to write this because we have been regular customers for years.

Ok. I’ll admit one part that was my fault was that I gotta fiancé to order the pizza and he didn’t properly hear the total. When I went to pick it up I was shocked by how much we had to pay for 2 large pizzas. I have never in my life paid so much for take out pizza. One of them was a simple, 2 topping ham and pineapple. When I asked why it was so much, they said that’s a specialty pizza. I think classifying it as specialty is just a way for them to charge more for something very basic. For what they charged I thought it had better be some darn good pizza! It wasn’t. It was skimpy on the toppings, and tasted like cardboard. Felt ripped off and disappointed. Will never order from there again.

The worst pizza they don't put enough toppings on and make excuses why the order is wrong. Not even worth the cost.

Im so tired of their pizza they put the minimum amount of toppings on their pizza sometimes its loaded with sauce and hardly any cheese or there is not enough sauce and the pizza is dried out i wont be back. I just tried out Jims Pizziria out on vedder road in chilliwack omg loads of cheese and toppings.now thats the way pizza should be made and same price as these cheapskates.

Don't listen to any of these negative reviews lately. This Papa Johns is AWESOME with it's most recent management. Pizza is always properly made and cooked, the owners are great and friendly.

They cheap out on the toppings hardly any cheese i ordered black olives and green peppers i think i counted 5 little pieces of green pepper and olive on the whole pizza i wont be back. I went to Jims pizzeria on vedder the pizza is loaded with toppings for the same price.

By far the worst experience I've had at any Papa John's! We ordered a medium pizza and cheesy bread, however the pizza showed up made incorrectly. After calling the store to fix the issue we were told that it wasn't the stores problem and to call customer service. Customer service was quite rude and told us that it was the stores issue and that a notice had been sent back to the store to give us a call to reconcile the situation. We waited 20 minutes with no call, and decided to call the store back. When we called the store again they said there is nothing they can do, the person we were speaking to on the phone continued to communicate our situation to the manager who responded by yelling at the employee on the phone when we asked to speak with the manager instead we heard her yell that she did not want to speak to us to which the employee nervously told us she was "too busy" to speak with us. After several calls and hearing the manager verbally attack her employee for a solution that would have taken 5 minutes anywhere else we can confirm we will definitely not order from here again.

I ordered a pizza around 2: 30pm and it was the worst pizza I ever had. Firstly it was burnt and there was no spice in it.

Not sure what has happened there but the quality and service has gone downhill; after many years of supporting this establishment I will be going elsewhere from now on.

My wife and I ordered 2 large thin crust, specialty pizzas. There was hardly any toppings, which looking back was good, and was not well made. We ate them and the pizzas tasted ok, but an hour later we were both sick. Nauseous, headaches and vomiting. Just the smell of the pizza boxes sent me to the bathroom again. We STRONGLY recommend NOT eating here! I have a very strong stomach and rarely get sick but this pizza did me in and my wife is still suffering because of it.

I got the large 4 topping pizza wow.there was so little topping felt like i was eating just douph watch out for this location they are very cheap on toppings.cheap cheap cheap.theres many other pizzza places that care support those people

Completely ignored my skip the dishes order and wouldn't pick up when I tried calling them to complain, did everyone there just give up or die? No clue but they're getting one star because of outright stupidity.

Ordered 2 garden veggie larges. Both were flavorful and cooked perfectly. Dough was crispy and fluffy. Sauce was really nice. Customer service was great.

Will be coming back for sure

Have you heard the good word of Papa John? After a fat vape nothing makes my blood runs thick and my joints lubricated like a serving of Papa's Garlic Butter sauce.

First ever pizza that I found absolutely gross. Literally just ordered and the pizza tastes as if there's some sort of chemical in it. Really hate throwing food away but none of us could eat it.

Just ordered delivery, paid for 2 pops and a dipping sauce and only got one pop and no dipping sauce. Not very impressed.

Normally excellent service, yesterday I waited almost two hours before finally phoning and cancelling the order.

They seriously made me the best pepperoni pizza of my entire life today! Nothing can compare to what i just ate! Thank you Papa John's! This location has really stepped up their game! Mmmmmm!

The cheap as people don’t even honour their own gift cards. Boycott these people until their business fails and they leave town

Horrible first impression! Placed my order, they told me 20 mins, which was fine. It took 50 mins! The pizza was ok, but service alone will keep me from going back!
