Papa John's Pizza

Pathetic service. Despite giving order a day in advance, it was not ready. I came 15 mnts late from actual pick up time to give them some extra time, yet they made me wait another 15 minutes. My order of 4 pizzas only was 30 minutes late. They are not organized and don't value customer's time. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

There was a 1" piece of metal wire in my pizza. The doctor said it could have killed me if I had swallowed it instead of it getting stuck in my mouth. I like the pizza here but it is not worth dying for.

Ordered 2 pizzas and both had a huge amount of oil. Nothing other than oil tasty and it took literally one hour and a half to be delivered. Last time ordering pizza from Papa Jonhs.

Employees block your car when you park at the back wont remove it until he felt like it. Employees with egos ruin businesses

Consistently good. They don't skimp on topics, and have a ton of menu items.
I highly recommend ordering off the website because they have all the specials there.

Placed a take out order and got a confirmation email that it would be ready in 15 minutes. Gave them 25 before I arrived and was told it would be another 5. Walked around the block and got back 10 minutes later to be told that they'd given my order to someone else. Was told by the 'manager", who said his name is Wayne, that they'd have a replacement order ready in 6 minutes. That took over 10 minutes and they charged me full price. Another manager, a woman whose name I did not get, offered to put a credit for the wings on my "account" for my next order. There won't be a next order.

Always fresh delicious pizza, friendly staff and fast and efficient delivery service with reasonable prices!

Paid $30 for a small pizza and cinnamon pull apart a through the website which has my old address in mew Westminster. Since they’ve been using skip the dishes for delivery and they have my correct address in kitsilano. At no point did they apologize for their disorganization and inability to deliver (kind of critical) or allow a refund on what probably went in the garbage or was taken home by the manager. I had to make a second order from the kitsilano location and they botched the order with late delivery and burnt dry cinnamon pull aparts which I was promised a credit for and still haven’t gotten it. Absolutely ridiculous. Sort your stores out and what they use to deliver.

It's a good pick up location for pizzas. They're very good at having them on time. On my last visit, they were 5-8 minutes later than the website said. Mind you it was Super Bowl Sunday so I'll give them a break.

I ordered here a couple of weeks ago and while I liked the pizza, I felt like I had the stomach flu after eating it. I figured it was just a one-time thing, but I ordered pizza and cheese sticks last night and I am extremely sick from it with the stomach flu again. I bought extra so that I would have leftovers, but that was a waste of money because I have to throw it out.

Delivery is super slow always wait over an hour and it's just up the street, don't even bother ordering any other dip than garlic butter because you will get garlic butter

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. I ordered pizza online on NYE and waited over an hour. The pizza tracker said "on it's way" for 20 minutes, so I called the store. I was put on hold immediately for 15 minutes. When they finally picked up, they then told me that the pizza hadn't even left yet at all and was still going to be another 30 minutes! I get that it was a Holiday but this was the second time this exact same thing happened so I don't see how it being a Holiday/busy is an excuse.

Placed an order tonight on Halloween weekend. When wait times were showing up to 2 hours, we called in to cancel the order. The manager called us right back assuring us we'd have our pizza in 45 minutes. As promised it arrived within the 45 min time frame. The pizza is hot, fresh and delicious. Amazing service and top quality pizza! Thank you!

Pizza heres ok but its a hit and miss. Had to stop ordering pizza with meats here because it was starting to taste off.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The pizza I received had a very generous amount of toppings, and I could tell that they are using quality ingredients. This was my first time ordering from here and if it's consistently this good it would definitely be my go to pizza place.

Once again over an hour waiting when the location isn't even far from my house. I could've walked there and been home by now. Then you call and they just make lame excuses for why its so late on a Monday afternoon.so many orders on a momday afternoon im sure. As im writing this it still hasn't arrived. Definitely not tipping and now that my credits used up I will take my business elsewhere. They do nothing for the customer to make them happy.

Their pizza is definitely a must try! Fresh ingredients and a large variety of flavors, so you'll definitely find one that will suit your preference. My husband and I recently ordered the stuffed crust (mozzarella) and it's simply amazing! Highly recommended!

I canceled my order after I saw the guy making the pizzas take orders and payments and only washed his hands one time when I was waiting about 15 minutes for my pizza that was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes when I ordered it earlier over the phone. Also I saw a guy come from outside and start making pizzas and I didn't even wash his hands. I'm surprised this place was so busy. I guess some people don't care how dirty a food establishment is. I've seen bad businesses but this was disgusting and I will never order from there again

Nice staff, good prices, and good quality control, kinda like pizzahut but without as much grease.

I've ordered from kerrisdale before it burned down and loved it. This new place? Not so much. Its subtle, not gonna lie but I definitely noticed a difference. I'll try again in a few months. Hopefully different cooks.

Amazing pizza. Always filled up of veggies and cheese and sauce. Very good and have been ordering here for the last year or so.

Love Papa John's Pizza, and their app is very easy to use but I have had some difficulties with it in the past and had to call customer service in the States and they were no help whatsoever.so every time I use the app I have to enter my information over and over again because it won't recognize my password but the agent in the states said it was there and he could see it. So I have to finagle my way through the app every time I want to order. But I'd say it's pretty much worth it it's good pizza.

Best big chain and best Papa Johns location hands down! I travel further to come to this location. They spend a little more TLC on the food and you can immediately see/taste the difference from other locations! They also do not skimp on ingredients, something that Canadian chains fall short of compared to their American counterparts.

Staff are always friendly and enjoy themselves. You can see the difference this makes when walking into other locations with grumpy employees who skimp on the food!

Keep it up and I will keep coming! Highly recommended

While the pizza has been consistently good, they managed to confuse garlic bread knots with sticks. Then hurried to do the order correctly. We got home to find garlic BALLS.

Good pizza.look like they care about customer service. One I did not like was the frozen dough.

Of all the different pizza franchises out there, Papa John's has probably got the most basic ingredient options.

The owner is not helpful when I forgot my iPhone on their counter and got lost there and I was surprised that they refused to check their camera. I don’t feel like going back because of their dishonesty.

Used to be best pizza place around 20kms since its opening but last year or so pizza quality degraded so much. We are looking for new pizza maker in the area. So sad.

I've already order online to deliver at my house, but yesterday I decided to go to the store and eat there. It wasn't a very good experience because they didn't have a good specials at the store and if you tried to order online with the phone for carrying out the system was not working. Not a good experience for me and my family that is visiting me and they never eaten Papa John's pizza.

One of the two best pizza places in New Westminster. Great taste and healthy ingredients so I love this place.

Pizza is good and the award system keeps me coming back, but the service is consistently slooooow. No apologies or explanations, they just don't show up on time.

The pizza was great but the cashier made huge deal accepting the entertainment coupon. Although, the pizza was one of the best tasting pizza. The cashiers should be trained to accept entertainment coupon and about the importance of customer service. 2 star extra just for the great pizza.

Sometimes, the pizza is great and up to par with Papa john standards. However my last pizza was even ordered with extra cheese a premium topping but there was more sauce than cheese. The toppings where few kinda of like pizza hut. I hope they haven't decided to cheap out.

1 star isn't even deserved for our experience. We made a large order of 9 pizzas to our work for our staff. I placed the order over the phone and was immediately disappointed that the flyer I received for a promo did not qualify over the phone, but online. I originally tried online but was unable to proceed with the large order.

Fast forward to delivery of the pizzas. The driver was very confused and could not follow directions or the directions of the parking lot and brought the order to the completely wrong place. Okay, no problem, it happens. Then, the order we got, the bill was more then what I was quoted over the phone, no receipt like was asked and he wanted a card payment since that is what he was told. Even though I made it very clear on the phone it was cash and needed a receipt as its a business.

The driver and the manager over the phone were in no way willing to rectify the multiple issues and mistakes, but continued to argue and argue on the phone and not offer any help.

And to top it off the pizza sucked and was seriously lacking flavour and tasted like cardboard.

We will never order from here again, and I strongly advise not wasting your time or money.

Well over 1 hr 30 minutes to deliver the pizza. Not sure what is going on with these guys they used to be on time.

Best Papa John's in the lower mainland! I have tried other stores but they have the best value for the money. Will forever be this store's fan

Last night we went to get pizza. I ordered thin crushed. I was literally hungry when I tried to take a piece of pizza the cheese got separated from the crushed. Couldn’t eat. It feels like didn’t cooked properly. Onions, chicken all looked uncooked. I had only 1 piece at night and 2 pieces had next day. In the evening I got stomach flu. I didn’t eat at all through in garbage. I never seen this kind of pizza. Never ever buy again from them. I think they don’t know how to make pizza you guys should close the store save customers money and time.
