Paradise Motel

Stayed for long term. At first we were treated kindly. Then things got bad. Parties and loud music everynight. People peeing outside. Broken down cars being parked with broken glass smashed windshield in front if my entry. One of them entered our suite without permission at night with no notice. My deposit was not returned.for bills they decided to give me after. Very friendly at first but watch out.

Very good value and very nice owners. Rooms are clean and ours had a full kitchen.
Will have RV sites soon.

Big rooms with everything you need in them (plates, mugs, knifes, microwave, toaster, etc). Pretty clean, very nice curtains, chairs, clean beds, clean bathroom. It was worth every dollar we paid, but what got us is the friendliness of the staff, very helpful. We were stranded while the car was in the shop and they made sure we had water and access to a bathroom while we waited. Also nice views, pool and picnic area. Would recommend if you are around. Thank you so much!

Loved my experience here with very lovely owners/hosts which felt like family. My son loved playing in the pool, there is ample space here for cycle as well. A great experience admits the mountains and serenity.

Paid a cash deposit, stayed two nights. Upon check out was told they didn’t have cash to refund. Agreed on an etransfer. An hour later phoned to tell them I’d not received it, they said wait a little longer. 4 hours later and still no deposit back. The gentleman was there again and was intimidating and certainly not friendly. Do not recommend staying here!

Terrific little motel. Clean, bright and fresh, newish paint job (albeit a bit sloppy in places), dog friendly, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again!

Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. Very accommodating. Great outdoor pool which was also very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The person who checked me in was amazing and soo sweet! The owner was extremely helpful. The property has a pool which is heated. Location was extremely nice. The rooms where huge but the carpet could have been better. As per how old the property is the new owner’s are maintaining it and also spoke to me about the renovation they are going to make.
Keep up the good work.

They were friendly and accommodating. I forgot some items behind and I was able to pick them up at a later date. Rooms were clean. I would recommend this place to others.

Had an amazing stay with a beautiful view and a comfortable bed with attached kitchen and all amenities. Nice and clean swimming pool, they also have a great spot for grilling!

Filthy / dirty / disgusting!

I never leave reviews however I feel the public needs to know about this motel.

I arrived with my family for a week in sicamous. We checked into our room to find it completely Filthy / dirty / disgusting!

There was food left in the fridge covered in mole. Our bed had crumbs in the bed, there was a huge bug behind the mirror squat and sat there for so long the guts soaked into the mirror. There was zero housekeeping! Our feet were always black as the floors and carpets were so dirty.

I asked several times for towels as they would not bring fresh towels daily.

I spoke to one of the guys about my issues and checking out early. Because I booked for a week I could not leave as they would STILL charge my visa!

Advice would be for the motel to hire cleaning staff! Rather than the guys that sit outside and watch everyone all day.

Great family run motel with clean and tidy rooms. Come grab a drink with us next time and that’s us again for the basketballs!

I was extremely tired from driving and grabbed the first motel I could find when I realized my fatigue could be a danger to others if I didn't stop. The gentleman who booked me in was very polite, pleasant personality.
However, it was end of April, so the busy season hadn't started yet. I only saw 3 other vehicles there overnight. The kitchen table was gritty, as if the room had been shut down or unused for the winter. Somehow the table was neglected; I would not eat off of it.

As others stated, rooms are outdated, slow connection online.i had to ask for a kettle; a coffee maker was brought, which I was grateful for.
I am not generally fussy at all; it's a privilege to be alive, but the room was cold, despite turning up the heat (hard on arthritis). My main disappointment was being put in a two-bedroom unit, when it was just me. It cost more, and as previously mentioned, there were only three vehicles overnight.
I gave it a three star because the gentleman was very pleasant and polite. I liked him, but I regret that I cannot say more positive.

We have gone here a few years now, my family looks forward to going. The owner is amazing and it’s just nice that the kids can just be free to have fun and play. Thank you for always making us feel at home. Would recommend.

Fantastic atmosphere here, everyone is so friendly. There is a nice pool and a barbecue area guests can use. If you're bored just sit outside your room and someone will start a conversation with you. Rooms are not fancy but very comfortable. I always stay here when I come to Sicamous, love it

Really annoyed out time here. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are so clean. Yes it is an older place but so we'll kept up! We will be back for sure! Thank you the awesome stay!

The laies at the motel are amazing. They love our dogs and gave them treats. Thank you ladies for such a beautiful place to go when we are out here.

Stopped in the middle of the night, during a snow storm, nice and clean and the lady that was managing it was very nice! Older place but prices weren't bad and the room was warm and comfortable!

Coming for several years. Love the great hospitality and friendly customer service. Accommodations are reasonably priced, very good, with clean well stocked kitchen and rooms. Close to all amenities and great places to walk or ride your bike. Will come back again next year.

We stopped because we couldn't drive anymore and were pleasantly surprised on how clean and smell free it was. The lady was super friendly and our dogs were welcome too. Would definitely recommend

Had an excellent stay, great pool, with bbq spot.our family had fun. Staff so nice, and maintain everything well.

Super clean, comfy beds, pet friendly, great atmosphere for young and young at heart! The owner/operator shows pride of ownership to ALL guests (pets are very welcome, she even requests their name upon booking:) There is a huge clean yard to park your toys and walk the dog. The pool is spotless as well, it's cleaned every morning. There are 4 BBQ's for guest use and they are like new. OK the decor is dated but it's super clean.more clean than most newer and/or updated motels in the area.and it's fun:) Did I mentionention how clean it is? !

Older rooms but impeccably clean! Everyone friendly! After a long day this was the perfect piece of Paradise we needed?

Dated Motel but a great place to stay. The lady who runs the place is is very welcoming and great sense of humour. We took the room with 3 beds so I cannot say what the kitchenettes are like. Pool was very clean And well taken care of. I would stay here again If we come through here again.

Nice hotel. Nice pool. Cool BBQ area. Lovely owner. Homy place. Bit dirty room. I saw it was clean in reviews but plates were dirty, some stains in the duvet and some dust and dirt around the sides.

Super clean, quiet and very nice ownership. Plus they love dogs. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
