Every drink, especially their specialities, is delectable. Their pearls for bubble tea are fresh and enhance their drinks. I really love their cheddar & mochi bubble waffle, as well as the chocolate chip / sea salt cookies. Vegan & gluten free teas, but no vegan/gluten free snacks. I heartily recommend

If you like oat tea lattes, this place is a home run. Matcha, hojicha and many others are delicious. My favorite is their obsidian oat iced latte. They have different treats like bubble waffles and cookies that are also yummy.

Lovely environment, incredible tea with beautiful presentation, and incredibly kind staff! The chai oat latte was perfectly spicy and comforting, I'll be making sure to stop here any time I'm commuting through the area!

Got the ROJO today and it was amazing! The rose flavor is just perfectly delight the taste to the another level. The black tea based milk tea with pearls is also good! If you like strong tea flavor this definitely a perfect option! Definitely will come back next time when traveling to Vancouver!

The ladies here really know and love their tea, and I've never tasted tea made in this way. They're really doing new things here. Love it

I came in wanting the iced Hong Kong milk tea and the barista was kind enough to not only inform me that it's not plant based but to also come up with another drink which she said would be similar to what I wanted.
The iced tea she made me was hands down the best tasting iced milk tea I've ever had (and I've had my fair share).
I appreciate the kindness of the barista and I love their beverages.

This is my favourite tea shop! You can taste the aromatic tea flavor in every drink. Staff are awesome and super knowledgable if you need a recommendation. There's also everything you need to make the drinks at home!

My favorites: matcha oat misto, rose osmanthus jasmine oat (spring special).

Unfortunately I've had a few misses and think the quality is not up to the same level as when I posted my initial review. The matcha lattes don't taste as strong, and I even had a piece of a whisk appear in a drink once. When I informed them of the bamboo piece in my drink, there wasn't any offer to remake it.

Sad that my old favourite place is no longer as good as I remember.

Hojicha MANGO wuth pearls and Oolong Oat with pearls. WOW. They even made it warm and on this rainy day. Double WOW. It's a hug in a cup.

Friendly staff, delicious drinks, really nice interior.i had moderate expectations but the bubble waffle with cheese and bacon was incredibly good!

I tried the Hojicha Oat Misto (warm version) because I was curious. The drink was good. It has nutty flavor and I could really taste the hojicha. It was a perfect rainy day drink.

I also ordered their original bubble waffle. The bubble waffle was good: crispy on the outside yet chewy inside. However, it tasted bland and it was kinda pricey. I would come back for their tea next time.

I went there around lunch time with a friend. We ordered the Hojicha and a few waffles. The tea was sooooo good. I really enjoyed the creaminess of the tea. The original waffle was super crispy and my friend said her ham waffles are really good too.

We are disappointed that they only had 3 tables and a couch. There were a few people who sat there on their computers working away. I think they should have a limited time for people to stay if they are on their computers with a drink.

I've dined here twice and both times the service was great, and so were the food and drinks. I ordered the iced hojicha with pearls, and tried a variety of their pastries. It is a little pricey but a delicious treat once in a while.

One thing I would suggest in terms of the ambience would be for the entrance door to have self-closing hinges. Every time a customer would walk in, the door would stay open until someone notices to close it.

Great tea and even better staff. UberEats driver forgot a part of the order and when I called to confirm they offered to delivery it straight to my door themselves.

Great spot for getting some work done or just meeting up with friends! Drinks are fantastic as well.

Hands down one of the best teas I’ve ever had, and some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while! The staff was extremely friendly and offered delicious recommendations as it was my first time visiting, and I will absolutely be returning! Highly recommend!

Really good tea. The store is a little small for the amount of traffic they get, so good luck grabbing one of their few tables.

Also, please read the sign on the door way and close the door when entering and exiting the shop.

You have to go and check this place out! A beautiful Misto Cafe, and you have to Try their Spicy Chai Latte and the iced hojicha Oat misto! They have amazing deserts, matcha bars and even London Fog chocolate bars. You must checkout their instagram where you can get yourself a visual taste

I wish they had more locations! Their range of teas & baked goods are a daily staple I cannot live without. Their Hojicha Oat is like a warm hug every morning. I can't get enough!

Delicious! The hojicha oat is my favorite go-to drink right now. I also really enjoyed their genmaicha oat. Their drinks are naturally less sweet, but I ask for half sweet because I like it a little bitter. Their tea mochi bubble waffle is one of the better ones in Vancouver - must try.

I lined up for in order to enjoy their Bogo offer, by the time it was my turn it was 3 minutes past 5pm and they said the offer ends at 5pm.they should indicate where the cut off point is in the line so people dont waste time waiting only to be rejected

Holy, tried it for the first time today and it was so good! And most importantly of all, it feels healthy, unlike bbt which always leaves me with some guilt. Highly recommended.

The BEST matcha in Vancouver and maybe that I’ve ever tried…? I love grabbing one of their iced matcha lattes with oat milk or buying their ceremonial matcha powder and making my own at home.

An amazing place to experience all the deliciousness that tea has to offer. I highly recommend the houjicha obsidian latte and the powder to make your own at home. The owner and workers are so sweet and helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have. Try their bubble waffles for a delicious treat!
