Have been craving for middle eastern food ever since our turkey trip.

When we lived in Toronto, we used to go to this place a lot but it has been ages since we came here again.

The menu still looks the same except for price and the good old puffy bread right out of the oven is a stable here

At this point, it is not about the food but the memories

Cost 30-40cad per person. It is totally worth enjoying special days with your dear ones. Also, if you are feeling rich casually, you can dine here! Osama is my guy who made the night special because he is the guy behind THE GARLIC SAUCE! HATS OFF! HAND DOWN! That night, I slept with a small 1oz container of garlic sauce next to my pillow, which I managed to take home as a souvenir.

It is a good place to try falafel food over Robson street. A lot of options to seat, good inside environment. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but still you can go with it. Just one point we noticed when we entered one of the chairs and part of the table was dirty, but it is ok we cleaned up. Ideal to go with friends. Overall 4 starts for the dirty chair, but the food was really good! And the decoration on the roof amazing! Keep it up and continue doing your best always!

Delicious Authentic Lebanese -Middle Eastern- Cuisine. *Scrumptious * Reasonable price. Great service. Definitely a go to for shawarma and walnut balaklava.

I’ve had the saj beef shawarma and it didn’t have any beef on it just had bread they are just scammers obviously not worth going there anymore.

The servings are large and well flavored. The ambiance is nice, and the traditional bread panders to your pangs!

The meats are flavorful and humus is amazing.

Amazing taste and not very expensive actually!

Today, I finally stopped by the restaurant that caught my eye many times before, and I'm thrilled that I did. The food was absolutely scrumptious, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. This bustling establishment had a great atmosphere, and the portions were so generous that I had leftovers to enjoy later. I highly recommend trying their impressive mix grill and various dishes from their extensive menu.

Amazing food. Their salads were great as well as the hamas and baba-ghanoush dips were amazing.

Misaki was super helpful and was so much fun to talk to. She made our food experience even better.

I took my family here for lunch, tasty middle eastern cuisine authentic experiences in downtown Vancouver. Recommend by our sever the dishes were full of favours, spices, fresh and a good portion! Great experience we will be back

Not sure what happen to this palce, but terrible service, food is less than ok, he literally said I had to wait 30 mins cause We were only 2 people and 4 seats table are for 3+, ahaha not sure how they're planning to get customers with that

Called 45min before going to the restaurant to ask if I have to book a reservation they said No you don’t have to, then I drove for 20min to the restaurant When I arrived the server at the door said to me sorry no meat is left for you!

I went the next day we had a seat at the restaurant then started checking the menu a lady came to us saying sorry to inform you guys that NO SHISH TAVOUK LEFT, NO BREAD LEFT and the after ordering the lady came back saying SORRY AGAIN TO INFORM YOU THAT THERE IS NO RICE LEFT TOO!

The fattoush salad with shawarma chicken is my favourite weekday lunch order in summer.

Quick, healthy and tasty.

There is pita bread hidden at the bottom for the shawarma chicken platter.

First time visited paramount with family. Not mindful of menu much we asked nearly everything to fellow who was serving us.he answer all the question which we had and proposed a platter which was sufficient for us.we love the food.strongly recommended.

Service was awful, food wasn’t great. They kept messing up our order and all staff seemed to be so confused. I actually watched one of the cooks eat french fries off of the plates he had prepared for another customer. Definitely would not recommend.

Simplement le meilleur humus mangé à vie. Nourriture exceptionnelle!

This place was a disappointment unfortunately. Starting from long waiting times where parties that come after you get served water and menus first to the underwhelming dishes. The beef shawarma tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll and the juices are not fresh. The two points are for the smiling waitress and the delicious batata harra.

For a group of five we ordered two manakish and one chicken saj meal as appetizers.

For the entree we had the mixed combo plater was really good. It included Hummus, Fattoush salad, pita breads, fries, spiced rice, two skewers of Kafta, chicken and beef Shawarma, two skewers of chicken taouk, tenderloin bbq beef.

The food was really delicious.

The Knafeh desert was not as good as it supposed to be served in the Middle East.
And the beef manakish could use more sauce like pomegranate syrup or red peppers paste.

Delicious food and friendly and great service. Unfortunately no coffee available with the Delicious cheesecake for dessert.

This is a decent Lebanese restaurant. I find the quality/price really good, you have more than what you pay for.

Covid protocols are very much related to the waiters mood, during the hour we were there, they only asked one person to provide proof of vaccine. (you can’t be selective in this matter, you either ask everyone or don’t bother at all)
Service was horrible, our waitress lacked every sense of professionalism, from the moment we walked in until we walked out, and they were clearly understaffed. Management has to really consider training their employees.
Hygiene: is a big concern. Our table had stains from earlier customers. Cutleries were dirty so we had to ask for another set.over all hygiene was questionable
Food was average…

Very disappointing considering the hype Paramount chain has in general. The place can use some serious cleaning and staff can use some refresher on customer service. Will not go there again.

It was terrible server, service, food. Food is so salty and there is a lot of tahini sauce. I mean it was really too much. Our server was so rude also. Baklava was okey. No way to go there again.

Although I like to only come here for only baklava, tea and kunefe, I sensed such attitude towards me from the servers for being "cheap".
The service is so slow that they don’t deserve tip.

Visited after reading good reviews. Paid almost $20 for a salad skewer of beef that had 4 pcs on it. What a rip off. Same with the chicken platter. Spend your money on something that is actually decently filling and tasty, not this place. Also has nothing on Calgary or Edmonton Lebanese food.

I love their freshly made breads served hot with appetizers. The food is always fresh. The service is a bit slow and also be ready to wait atleast 40 mins before they get you seated.

They had no fresh bread, no soup, no bakery food (pizza, pide etc.) and we asked 3 more dish and they dis not habe them either. Come on guys, either get your business in order or just close.

The worst service ever, I wasn't offered menues when they sat me down instead the waiter and waitress are fighting loudly as if there is no one around them, the atmosphere is pretty negative. Not attentive, bread was cracked and old obviously under the heater for a long time. Truth being told the kaftan was delicious, kitchen staff are clean and to themselves, not yelling or shouting, this is a catastrophic place to be at.

The food quality itself is perfect but they should install a better fan since all the smoke is coming out of the kitchen!

We had lunch today at Paramount. The food is absolutely amazing, and everything we tasted melted in our mouths. The service was absolutely perfect.
Our server was amazing, she is a master multi-tasker. We were amazed at how she handled and managed the whole tables all in one during the rush hours. So professional. I recommend to everyone!

A fantastic restaurant before, however during the recent visits.we have noticed that the overall quality has become average.

My favourite place is this. I loved their yummy pizza, which is so hot and mindblowing taste, just a big fan of this pizza. They are also first in online delivery and order taken. Thank you guys.

Huge portions of fresh and delicious food. Staff were very helpful answering questions and fulfilling needs. Hummus was so fluffy and seasoned perfectly. Definitely will be back!

The food is not bad but we ordered $50 kabab for 3 persons to go and we were shocked by the quantity of the food very little very cheap never go back again that's cheat

Onion small and half only
Kabob only 4 small
It was waist of money
So be sure if you order check your food do not let them cheat you

Wish I could give this place 6 stars! Such a gorgeous restaurant and welcoming staff! The Hummus is to die for and I would honestly recommend anything on the menu. The prices are also reasonable so you really couldn't ask for more with this restaurant. They also deliver, but I highly recommend visiting in person as the aesthetic and environment adds so much!

Horrible Management. Wasn't able to enjoy my meal in peace. Had to witness management argue with staff members instead. No respect for the customers at all. Place was disorganized and managed my amateurs.

I have been to many Paramount all over Canada. I took my family yesterday for dinner. The service was horrible. I have celiac and mentioned that I need gluten free menu or alterations. The server mentioned to go talk to the kitchen was was unheard of. The owner was there and he said chicken souvlaki was gluten free. Mind you this happened after everybody on my table had the food and was halfway done eating. My food comes 10 minutes after everybody's food is already done.
The literally brought out a massive plate of rice and maybe 5-10 pieces of really tiny chicken. The owner actually comes up and intimidates the whole table saying this is the standard all across Paramount.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEHAVIOR LIKE THIS FROM A RESTURANT LET ALONE AN OWNER.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

It was really bad experience the service was terrible and the food was not tasty at all, I regret taking my family there, plus the meat was raw, 1 hour later feeling not good shame on you bad foods.

The worst middle eastern food I have ever tried. I gave this restaurant less than one star. They didn’t serve us a bread with hummus as they served the rest of the tables. Fries were cold.

We did not reserve before going, so we decided to get there earlier. We immediately got a seat, which was great! The server - mohhamad were all courteous and the menu selection was nice. Food was great and ambiance was clean and good too.

Excellent service, very tasty shwarma, definitely recommend anyone for this place to try. Marium was very nice and good in service. Keep the good work guys.

We ordered two saj wraps, batata har, kibbeh, and falafel for iftar. The service was very nice, but unfortunately the food was not. The kibbeh had to much semolina, the saj was hard and chewy, and the batata was smothered in so much of a sauce that the potatoes were mushy as if they were boiled and not fried. The falafel was good but just good. Sorry to be so descriptive, but I only hope it helps to improve the quality of the food. I guess I just expected more since Paramount charges premium prices for their food.
