AllCleared did a very competent job of helping me with my US waiver. I would recommend their services without hesitation.

This company gives faults information to customers. They are telling you that pardons and expungement are the same thing when they’re not. Do not use this company whatsoever! If you do not have an expungement, please can still bring up your record and charge you with your past!

This is the third time I have had allcleared make out my waiver application, each time very successful; there services always are very professional. There staff are always very helpful and patient with my questions, always available, I will highly recommend there services to others!

Allcleared made the entire process of getting a "pardon" feel easy. I was guided through the process and they answered all of my questions. I was able to make a monthly payments that reflected my income and my client's online account allowed me to see all the steps and progress that were made. Allcleared are trustworthy and reliable; certain court fees were waved and they gave me back what I had payed.

So far haven't had any issues in the long pardon road. Definitely in good hands and would recommend.

Started the process of getting Criminal Rehabilitation for entry into Canada a few years back. From the beginning they gave clear instructions and made sure to set my expectations on what the process was. I had multiple convictions so it was a long process to gather all information. Just before finishing up and submitting application, Covid hit and shut everything down. After things started to open up AllCleared picked up the process right where it was left off and guided me the rest of the way. In the meantime some items expired and I had to re-gather some info but they waived the extra fees that was caused by the shut down. Very appreciative of that as my applications had been approved last April. I was able to travel to Canada for the very first time in September and had a great time.

I was stopped at the US border after traveling back and forth for 30+ years and was told I need a waver to cross because charges my past was so upset did not know what to do so I called AllCleared right away they told me they could help so I decided to start the process they help me every step of the way great customer service, we sent the application to the US Government and to my surprise I got a 5 year waver even with all the charges I had great job AllCleared I am one happy customer.

***update*** the fact that it took this organization a month to reply, should tell you everything you need to know*** I am still trying to receive my refund from this organization. I applied on their website, was immediately called by a sales person and within 5 minutes they charged my account for their services. They emailed me what seemed to be generic information forms to fill in. Then Covid-19 happened. I tried to contact them, multiple times to get updates on whether or not they would still be processing applications. There was NO response. I have emails, that went unanswered for months. Their phone system would ot even allow me to leave a message. Contacts on their social media accounts and website took weeks for responses. I became fed up and asked for a refund. They have refused to give me my money back, After months, this started in March, mind you, they have finally offered me some money back minus administrative fees. But they then go on to say they were completely closed. They are trying to charge me for fees even though they were closed? There was no disclosure of these fees in anything I signed, or agreed to. They have not presented me with any documents supporting their argument for administrative fees, which wold be an easy fix, except they don't present them because they don't have them. They just ignore me, and eventually offer the same refund, which is less than what I paid. BUT if I contact them pretending to be interested in their services, they immediately reply. Its just poor business practices and there are more responsive services out there. Don't waste your time or your money.

All Cleared was as advertised and was great to deal with and provided a top notch Service! The fees were as stated. The only set back was COVID restrictions extended the court process. Other than that great work!

My application took longer than expected because of the pandemic. But I got my pardon. Took me 13 years, wish I called their company long ago. Staff is great, Thank you guys. A+

I was able to get a Record Suspension with the help of AllCleared. I am a US citizen who was convicted for crossing the border with a small amount of marijuana in 1974. The first company that offered to assist me was expensive, unresponsive and lost fingerprints and other documents that I provided. AllCleared was amazingly prompt, professional and accurate in all their efforts to assist me with this process. Then, when I misplaced my official documents, they immediately provided me with a copy.

I recently got approved through AllCleared for my record suspension. All in all it was a simple and convenient service. There customer service was top notch when they were available. There was a time during the beginning of Covid where they shut the doors and were unreachable, not their fault, however it would have been nice to be notified that they were closing. The payment plan made it easily affordable to accomplish my record suspension earlier then planned. There are some fees that pop up throughout the process, including a charge to my credit card without notification. Be prepared for this.

I have traveled to CA for many years without issue. Finally my misspent youth caught up to me. I love the people and the wilderness of Canada and not being able to enter was just not acceptable. I immediately searched for places that could help and found AllCleared. After a quick consult to review my situation, I was immediately relieved to know my situation had a good chance of being resolved. I felt I was in good hands with the people I spoke with. They helped me with suggestions on how to do the paperwork and what needed to be done. It was a low stress step by step process directed by experts who knew the process very well. I was treated with respect and knew what had to be done at all times.

Trrrible place garbage service. They drag you along slowly extracting money then they abandon you. I think it’s truly a scam. Your lucky if they answer the phone. Terrible worst service. STAY AWAY don not use them

So glad I hired these guys! I was reluctant due to previous stories from friends who signed up with other companies but All Cleared made the whole process so much easier to navigate. All of the case managers were always available to help me when I needed it, both in person and on the phone. I'll definitely be signing up with you guys to do my waiver.

I tried to obtain a US Waiver through AllCleared. They prepared my documents for me, but when I wanted to file for an appeal because my application was rejected - no one had a clue how to help me. They are all friendly when they are taking your money - but afterwards no one wants to talk to you. I called multiple times, and my phone calls were avoided, I was always passed onto someone else, and one was rude also.

Do NOT go with this company to file a US Waiver - Spend the extra money and do it properly. They changed their name from Pardons Canada to AllCleared for a reason and now they have the same horrible reputation.

Had the absolute best experience with this company. Before allcleared I applied for a record suspension on my own. It was denied and took me forever to do. Allcleared’s team informed me about things I did not even know, like that a pardon won’t make it possible for me to travel to States and if I wanted to do that I would need a US entry waiver. I ended up doing both a record suspension and a waiver. Their team was vigilant, I didn’t always make it easy because I would take so long to get back to them but they continued to work on my file and email me reminders. I would call them very often about every little question I had they never let me feel like I was being annoying. They would answer all my questions and made it easy to put my trust in this company. I ended up getting both my record suspension and my waiver granted. Since then I have been travelling in and out of the states to visit family and he freedom is amazing. I highly recommend this company if you want things done right the first time.
