A ring purchased from Paris Jewelers 7 years ago needed to be polished and inspected. Well they worked their magic on it and returned it looking like new. Very happy with the service and how great my ring looks again.

Good shopping experience. Helped me pic out a new engagement set. Spent$7300. The only thing is having to spend $180 for ring sizing. Most jewelry stores I’ve been to, have complimentary ring sizing. In saying that Paris Jewelers should really think about moving in that direction. Things like that go along away when trying to make a sale. Cheers

There were so many laughs together as the salesperson (Emily?) helped me pick out the best pearl necklace for my elderly mother for a Mother’s Day gift. She made the purchase memorable and worthwhile.

I had a stone replaced in a ring. They were timely with the quote and finished the work sooner than expected. I also made a special request for the color of stone and they were able to obtain exactly what I wanted. The ring turned out absolutely beautiful! I also appreciated the service at the store. I randomly chose Paris jeweler's and everything came together.

Not happy I received a text message asking for a review 3 days after my purchase. You guys sold me jewelry I clearly stated was for a birthday. Texting me asking for a review does not help keep a suprise. The pendant I bought had a clearance sticker on it as well but they wouldn't give me the clearance price on it. I think I will be looking for a better company to deal with for any future purchases

I came into Penticton Paris Jewelry Store to help a friend pick out an 80th Birthday gift for his wife… We were waited on by “India” who is an excellent salesperson! She was not pushy… and made alternate suggestions for our needs.

Today was my second experience with Paris Jewellers. The first was to repair a very important keepsake gold chain. The service and friendliness was impeccable. Emily was a pleasure to deal with and was the reason I returned today and made a purchase. Very friendly and goes out of her way to offer customer service that is second to none. I took in 3 rings to be appraised. Got them back in a week and was thrilled to get back and was appraised, photo taken and all about my rings. It was only $75 per ring. Will be telling friends and family to refer to Paris Jewellers.

Staff were very polite, I would recommend paris jeweller's, but I do have to say if you sell watches you should have someone that knows how to fix them, since it's your product ur selling to me.

In a mall where there are a few choices to conduct your business with the other guys maybe being cheaper I will always choose to do business with Emily at Paris. Bought a ring and the extra ins and the ring bent took it to get fixed they never called i had to go in they said it the ins didnt cover the cost as sizeing ate all the cost. She did nothing to help us. So got my bent ring back. Will never shop there again

Very disappointed that the ring I had purchased only 7 months ago needed to have a diamond replaced due to a flaw in it. I thought that the diamonds used by Paris jewelers would be inspected before sold.
