Went into Paris jeweller's in orchard park not really knowing what to expect being a smaller jewelry store. Everything was laid out nice and the jewelry was nice and not overwhelming and rediculous like some places with to much going on. The lady with the European sounding accent helped me right away and wasn't pushy like some of the other places she had me cracking up laughing as well. We I spent my money there happily. Will definitely go back in the future.

The young man that helped us out, did not get his name, but he was the only one they’re super sweet, super kind and helped us pick out a beautiful necklace. Thank you staff was all pleasant and wonderful thank you.

Horrible sales staff. Barely gave me 10 seconds of conversation before going back to chatting with a friend. Also made a slanderous comment about another jewellery shop in the mall. Unprofessional, didn't know types of stones and snotty attitude. Avoid this place.

Very unprofessional, messed up the sizing when I went in to pick it up after a month of waiting so we had to send it back again to get it resized, seemed to be unsure of everything they were doing which put me in an uncomfortable position of having to double check everything with them to second time around so I wouldn’t have to send it a third time to get it sized right. Really unfortunate honestly

Khushi and the manager, whom I totally forget the name of, were so sweet and accommodating! They helped me pick out the perfect ring for my mom, were extremely patient with me going back and forth on a few rings and even helped me set up a payment plan, so I could pick the perfect one out without having to worry about the price. I loved my experience and I know you will too!

Found a beautiful men’s ring that my boyfriend actually loved. He’s super picky so it was exciting to find the right one, and it was the perfect size so it saved time needing resizing. Very happy with the customer service we received, very attentive and patient.

When this store opened in Kelowna I went to get my engagement ring fixed. The staff was so friendly, helpful and kind, even though the ring had been purchased somewhere else. This is now the only place I will go when it comes to getting special pieces for loved ones in my life.
