Paris Studio - Brow Satisfaction

Today was my second visit with you guys. I got eyebrow threading from Gagan and she did an amazing job. I've tried many places earlier, but no one did a satisfying job. She is quick and caring. I'll come back to her every month now.

Been coming to this studio on and off for years. Had one girl I preferred but she moved to another location. Today I had a new girl names Jiya do my brows. WOW, super fast and an excellent job! Please don't relocate her she is fantastic

Got my brows threaded here multiple times + upper lip. There is this one lady who did an AMAZING job on my brows. The others were OK. I am unsure what her name is I'm hoping when I go back she can do my brows again. This studio is fast & thorough. Also brought my boyfriend here and he has really thick & a lot of eyebrow hair compared me who has very light looking eyebrows - they were able to make them both look great:)

They have terrible service of eyebrows
Like even they can make similar size of both eybrows, if there was 0 star I will put for them

Jash does a great brow shape and tint.
Also booked a facial with Jash. IT WAS AWESOME! Going to come back regularly for sure.

I have been going here for years but left today after waiting for someone to show up. I don’t mind waiting when they are busy, but not when they are late to work.

I received eye brow threading from Suman a few weeks ago and it was my first time having threading done as well as my first time at Paris Studio. It was a great experience because they were able to provide the service right away as I didn't have an appointment, and Suman was lovely and reassured me while she was threading and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back to Paris Studio for my eyebrows from now on:)

Highly recommended! First, I was able to get the service even without an appointment. Preet was wonderful and really sweet. She did a full face threading and this was the first time I had my eyebrows the way I actually wanted! Thank you so much Preet! I will definitely be back here and highly recommend for anyone!

I got my eyebrows threaded perfectly. My eyebrows are sisters not twins but they actually looked like twins after this appointment and they kept them super thick (which I like). I also got my lashes lifted and tinted and this was my first time but definitely not the last. I was obsessed with my results it literally looked like I was wearing full mascara and curled my lashes to the max. Been going to Paris now for about 5 years and they’ve never disappointed. Super friendly staff, reliable, and good work, you really get what you pay for. Thanks Paris!

My sisters go to paris studio to groom their brows always. I did second time yesterday, Preet really do great job with brows.
First time was painful and get red bumbs.but yesterday it was so good.
Preet is really nice and always listen. Always go for this place.

I wish I could could give 0. It’s terrible.she didn’t remove even one hair of my face. They don’t know how to do waxing or threading they only want money. Never go there.

I’ve only been going to Paris Studio for a short while but I have had nothing but great experiences. I see Ruby for eyebrow and she is the first tech that has done my eyebrows and she was so gentle that there were zero tears and very minimal pain. Ruby was also very attentive and she did a great job with the shape of my brows. It’s taken me a while to find a good technician but I will definitely be seeing Ruby from now on. I've been getting my eyebrows done from the ladies at Paris Studio for almost 7 years now and they've always been very friendly and professional. I've been steadily getting work done from Kiran over these last few months and she has worked wonders on my eyebrows. I would highly recommend this business for all of your beauty needs!

Horrible Service and unprofessional staff, Never going back to this salon. Staff only care about the customers who pay fat tips. Very inexperienced staff with horrible attitude.

I have been a customer for approx. 15 years, all the girls are professional and nice. Lately I have had the pleasure of having Rinki and Kiran doing the threading and tinting of my eyebrows.

They always do a good job and take a little extra time to make sure everything is just right!

Kiran always provides the best and clean work and service. I am always so happy with Kiran with her work when i have waxing or my eyebrows done. All staff is so friendly and hard working. Kiran and other team members are so professional, dedicated and provide attentive customer service.usually wait is none to very little and they are great accommodating patients.

Sadly I am disappointed. I arrived today to get my brows threaded and had to sign in which was fine and I told the lady I didn't have a cell number so I used my home number as I had to enter in a number and she told me to take a seat outside the store and will call me in. So I waited and 2 customers had left and was still waiting. I ended up cancelling because now I was in a rush as my daughter had dinner plans. The lady who told me to have a seat ended up going to the back got busy and didn't communicate with the staff who ended up messaging my home number. So never got what I wanted done and left not happy. Please communicate with your staff so something like this doesn't happen again.

They do a great job of threading (thus 2 stars) but they burned both my underarms so badly that I had to go to a GP and a dermatologist. I'm naturally light-skinned and now I have two patchy black spots under my arms. I couldn't lower my arms days after the waxing. I'll have to go in for several skin treatments to return my underarms back to my natural colour. I wish they tested the wax on their arm first so they would know how hot it was and would lower the temperature before burning my underarms. I'm not joking when I say that my skin **burned** off.: (

I have been going to Paris Studio doe over 15 years now. I usually see Mandi but she was away today. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sam today. She was extremely professional, very personable, and most importantly the wax job she did on me today did not hurt one bit and looked flawless! The Brazilian felt like nothing and was such a breeze. I really appreciate her dedication to her clients. I loved that she made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time. Thank you Sam. You are the best.

I have been coming to Paris Studios for now almost 12 years. I would recommended this place for all people to come and enjoy. Navi did a great job and I have enjoyed everyones' services that works there! They all do an amazing job. Keep it up!

I got my eyebrows done by Navi and she is amazing! My eyebrows have two different shape but she helped to make it look aligned.

I've been coming here ever since I moved to the area 5 yrs ago. I wont go anywhere else. They do a fantastic job. Membership is worth getting if u get these kind of services often.
