I do not recommend this vet.
I took my puppy there to get the standard vaccinations and we asked if we should be concerned about worms and other intestinal parasites. They're response to our question was vague and they basically said it's not an issue. After going to another vet, we got deworming meds only to find worms in our puppy.
As a new dog owner we weren't well educated about how easily puppies can get worms since they pretty much eat everything they find. As it turns out, having de-worming meds is important since pro-longed worms can have long term health issues. I would expect a vet to help educate new owners on these topics, like our new vet did.

I thoroughly recommend this clinic as they are very professional and Mandy, the veterinarian is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
Her diagnosis has always been accurate and the treatments successful. We take both our dogs there and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Worst vet I've ever had. No proper care was given and no follow-up as well. Spent $1,000 for my cat to get worse.

The vet, Mandy, is knowledgeable and efficient. She has been providing care to my two dogs for a decade. I’ve tried other vets but have come back to Mandy because of her practical advice and consistent care.

I took my dog for a health certificate exam for travel. He had NO issues. He was perfectly fine. She used a devise to look inside my dogs ear. As soon as I put my dog down to the floor from doctors table he started shaking his head tilting his head, we came home and started screaming if I touched his ear. She pushed the device too aggressively and too deep. Injured my dogs ear. The worst clinic I do not recommend this clinic do Not take ur pets there. She was not knowledgeable, had not even seen a travel health certificate before even though they said they do certification. What a shame. My dog still has pain in his ear and does not walk straight because he keeps tilting his head. WORST CLINIC

This veterinarian is one of the only spots in all of North or West Vancouver who'll look at a sick guinea pig.
The hospital is very clean looking and well maintained. The staff here from the receptionist to even the pet doctor we saw were very professional, approachable and charming. We are on file now and will definitely be back if we ever need anything.
