I have been dealing with Joanna for 20 years and I must say that her service is absolutely outstanding. Joanna is very knowledgeable and professional, always offer valuable advice to her customers on their insurance needs, her explanations were clear, concise and easy to understand, which made the decision-making process much simpler for the customers.
I sent a letter of recognition to Joanna's manager in August, 2019 because she went above and beyond to help one of my relative to resolve an insurance issue while he was in critical illness. Joanna went to the hospital at night and completed the paper work for my relative, she showed empathy and understanding during difficult times.

If you're reading this, take it from someone who's been a dedicated customer with Park Georgia Insurance Agencies Ltd, even entrusting them with my property insurance: Do not, under any circumstances, deal with an agent named Joanna.

You'd think that being a long-standing customer would warrant some level of respectable service, right? Wrong. The moment Joanna heard I was interested in a one-day insurance policy, she couldn't dismiss me fast enough. Didn't bother to ask if I had an authorization letter or anything. She even had the audacity to tell a coworker in Chinese NOT TO help me, thinking I wouldn't catch on.

Given this dreadful experience, I cannot stress this enough: avoid this company—and Joanna in particular—for any of your insurance needs！！

I strongly, unequivocally advise against using Park Georgia Insurance Agencies Ltd (Burnaby Centre). This should serve as an alarming wake-up call for the company, demanding immediate, sweeping internal changes.

These foreign people at these places do not understand full English and like to play stupid on the phone and even hang up on you by transferring your call. They deserve no stars but I have to give at least one to write this.
