Such terrible reception service. Why do people work in the medical service if their attitude is not for servicing people

The doctors are overall great people. It's a shame that they have to work in a lacklustre system that fails to communicate basic info from practitioner to reception to patient. The front desk's overall attitude wasn't particularly courteous either. I would personally say that there are better options with both functional and friendly administrations, and capable practitioners.

The front desk doesn't know how to treat customer friendly and she asked more fee than usual just because it's full today. Bad experience!

Unfriendly receptionist. Rushed service.

Update: I’d recommend everyone to go to the health clinic in Superstore. It is 5 mins drive from Parker’s place. Nice environment and their receptionist knows to treat people RIGHT.

Receptionists are always rude, horrible service! Doctors are nice and professional, the waiting time is longer than you expected, There are lots of better clinics!

So rude receptionist she don’t know how to talk with respect and politely so mannerless and ridiculous.
