Park'N Fly

We booked at Parknfly to leave our car for five days. We showed up to have a large man blocking the entrance telling us they are full. We said we reserved a spot he just kept saying we’re closed so we called and were told they had closed at 6am. We never received a email text to let us know they could not accommodate our request such poor customer service, will never use them again and will let everyone I know the poor service.

Very helpful, and so thankul theres still at least one free thing when it comes to flying for travel

Used them twice and customer service is frustrating. Last time I used them, I was provided incorrect information, in writing, for the shuttle pick up. When I showed this to the women at the counter, she only told me I should have known and she couldn't care less. There is plenty of other parking options at YVR

Great experience. Easy drop off and pick up was a breeze. Very reasonable rates. The shuttle to/from airport was free and also quick.

Used this service several times. Never had an issue with vehicle safety and security. During my last use of service, at airport arrival, the driver wasn't accommodating to help passengers with their luggage. I understand the driver may have been unwell during his shift, however; we are paying for a service, and luggage assistance would be appreciated.

I've been using the Vancouver location regularly for over 20 years and my stay each time is treated like it's my first time there.

Nickel and dime scum bag operation. Booked for two days. Charged me $12 more since there was a 10 minute difference in the 48 hour pick up. Poor communication. Mumbling incoherent people on the phone. Your warned

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR

In July I went on a brief trip to Vegas with a few friends over the weekend and left my car here for 2 nights, I came back to find that there was damage to the front of my car including the proximity sensors on the drivers side too. I only noticed this damage because I went over a road bump and heard a loud screeching noise from the front of my car: a large, jagged piece of plastic was protruding into my tire and I had to have the employees come out and snip it off with bolt cutters so I could drive home. The on duty manager Juan Jaramillo was completely insistent that the damage was there and refused to take liability before I dropped it off and brought out a piece of paper with a signature on it stating as such, implying that I somehow drove all the way to YVR Park'n'Fly with that piece of plastic jutting into my tire. When I contacted the company the next I was passed around customer service, then told the manager was on vacation. When he came back and reviewed the footage he stated it it was "muddy" and inconclusive. It's a shame too because my parent used Park'N'fly for 20+ years and had zero issues with them, as a matter of fact they recommended I use it for the quick excursion I took. Clearly I should've done more research because I have seen other reviews within the last year or two with similar issues of substantive damage on their cars and other ludicrous things like the the bumper hanging off at the front, gas being used and possibly off-roading peoples cars in joyrides. If you have the time I would highly recommend looking at other one star reviews posted here, it really does show a pattern of twisted and immoral business practice, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just use YVR's long term parking instead, it will save you money and stress.

I've used Park n fly a bunch mostly for EVO. Nothing eventful enough to write anything about until tonight. Encountered an extremely helpful driver named Francis. Proactively helped with my bags without asking. Shining example of what a driver should be. Thank you!

Shuttle drive right by us waiting in the pickup zone at the airport, even after we texted the number so they'd know we were waiting. What the heck?

Had to wait 20 minutes for the next shuttle for no reason.

I didn’t even get to book, I tried calling to make a reservation and you can’t even get threw

UPDATE: As you can see below, Park'N Fly responded asking me to reach out so they could resolve the matter. I did so with full details, and never heard back again from them.

First of all, this review does not reflect the employees I encountered who were all doing their jobs well, and with good cheer. Second, I *never* write bad reviews, but this experience bothered me so here I am.

My dissatisfaction is entirely with the pricing. It's a mess. I tried to book online before my trip. I say "tried". In fact, I thought I *had* booked online, but apparently not. When I got there, I discovered the pricing is significantly higher if you have not booked online (and received the magic coupon which unlocks the magic bucks). What do I do? I have a plane to catch. Please take my car fine sir and we'll deal when I'm back.

Upon returning, I was told the total bill was around $450 for the two weeks. WHAT? Now, granted part of that was for a car wash, but that total was still almost $200 more than the online reservation I thought I had completed. Here's where my frustration lies. That needs to be simpler. I'm a guy who pays to park (and wash) my car at the airport. I don't have the time or the inclination to figure out your clever little online booking discount tricks. This to me is a massive red flag.

Again, the staff were exemplary. The clerk who handled my return explained the bill and commiserated with my dilemma. I was even granted a 25% discount after literally only 30 seconds of me standing there dumbfounded. This is both a plus and a minus. First, thank you for saving me some money. Second, doesn't this just reveal the fact that you're price gouging if you can just cavalierly offer a 25% discount on the spot?

Not happy. Won't be back. I'll be sticking with YVR Value Long Term parking and taking the free train, which in my experience is much quicker (and more comfortable) than waiting for the shuttle.

I had my car at park and fly for 2 weeks the drop off experience was good, though I won’t be specific. The pick up was Fantastic! The driver went out of his way to answer a question really well; when I got inside both staff were pleasant, one came over and ensured I knew where to go to get my car (without being asked) a driver in the lot asked what spot I was looking for and also provided directions.
Every interaction was great. Most were well beyond expectations.

It's easy it you have to fly and don't want to take uber. It is cheaper to do park n fly for a week (as I get discount) than uber to and from airport.

Great experience on a recent long term parking session. Drop off was easy; I just drove in, left the keys in the car, went inside, they scanned my bar code and asked a few questions, then I hopped on the shuttle to the airport.

Pickup was as easy. Shuttle came within 5 minutes of my getting to the pickup point. Upon arrival at the lot they scanned my code at the counter and the car was ready shortly thereafter (it would have been waiting for me right there, but I had changed the checkout date when I dropped it off, and I guess the system didn't register the update).

I will definitely use them again the next time I fly out of Vancouver.

The information provided was misrepresented on the price of my park n fly. This was my first time parking there and the sign on the wall was $139/week so I spoke with the lady at the desk to confirm this pricing and then was on my way. Upon returning from my trip I was informed that because my flight didn’t land at the same time I left it was much more on top of other fees not disclosed at drop off. My total came to $250.
I will not be back.

Left my car with them 4 days, charged 185$, near 10 mysterious kms on odometer. Steering wheel now has wobble at around 100, I want to lift the car an do full inspection now for piece of mind. Will never use this service again.only used due to family emergency
