The BEST team - Kevin, Fiona, Elaine, Tom and everyone who works here goes above and beyond and always does it with a smile. I also LOVE the self-serve area for the ease and ability to do simple jobs on my own and it’s also a wonderful place to shop for unique gifts, office supplies, greeting cards and stationery. They also have a technology area and can fix computers!

I highly recommend this print shop if you’re in Oceanside.:)

Disappointed in the customer service today.
Needed help with a printer and the lady said she was just finishing up with a customer but bypassed me with a new person.
No one at the checkout but 3 staff chatting with each other.
Then when I finally had a staff help me with the copier they ask me, What button would you push? I’m a customer service expert and I would have showed the person in a simple and polite manor.
It was just kind of demeaning the way it was presented.
Not much competition in the Parksville printing world.
Still most people are nice. Could make helping the over 60 crowd a little easier with all the down time they had at 11: 30 am today.

The computer techs came into my work today and they where fantastic they where knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and courteous. Great experience.

Super awesome service and assistance.had a document to print last week, but do not own a printer. I was able to email it to them, have it printed and was ready to pick up on my break. They also offered to fax the document, too! Helpful and efficient staff, quick response and even though I was limited by time, I can see during my brief foray that I will never need to make plans to drive miles out of my way to Nanaimo to get things like this done or shop for office demands! YAY!
More recently, I brought an older printing calculator in to locate paper and ink. I expected to have to find the cartridges online for an item this dated, but they not only had them in stock, they installed them for me too! Made my day again, consistently impressed with this business and the people running it.

Got a quote for under $20 and when I returned to pick it up it was nearly $40. Opened print and can see marks from where printer wheels fed paper right in the ink. Overpriced and poor quality for what you get.

Had Parks West put together a Valentines day collage together for my girlfriend out of some ideas I had. Couldnt have been happier with the end result and the service provided by Elaine. Highly recommended their services!

Having had two very pleasant encounters with the print woman at Parkswest in the last week I want to give kudos to ‘E’ for her exemplary customer service and efficiency on both occasions.

Very impressed by the helpful, efficient staff! The girl at the print desk was fun, energetic and understood our needs. Parks West is a great local business that actually listens to their customers!

Over priced. Staff is extremely rude. Pictures turned out all grainy and blurry. Don’t waste your money go somewhere else.
