Great experience as far as cars go. Super professional easy to talk to and just a good vibe so far. Car not done yet lol. More to come.

This guy saved our whole trip to Vancouver Island:
We came in with a vibrating sound coming from the front wheels of our car, he opened his garage even though it was already very close to the closing times of the shop.there would have been no one else that could have helped us around that late time and we were headed to Tofino cause we booked a hostel there.
He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem very quickly and did everything they could to get our car roadworthy again. Everything worked out and we left his shop way later than they normally close.
Those guys really know how to do their job!

They charged me $900+ for replacing just one coil on my Toyota RAV4. Besides, I used a scanner and therefore I already knew which coil needed to be replaced. Now I also know that it's actually only a 10 minute job! They charged me $580 for labour and $360 for parts! Nothing but scammers! After such a disgusting experience with Parksville Car Clinic I have learnt how to replace coils on my own!

Bill and Ryan are absolutely amazing. My van broke down while visiting the island and they gave me the best service ever. Such kind guys, really helped me to learn more about cars. I highly recommend this garage. Great vibes, great price, amazing service.
