Hi all! On Oct 9, I ordered a new grille for my Hyundai Elantra. When I received the grille, I noticed that the grille was the same grille that I mistakenly ordered previously (last year). I then contacted Mark Soto to indicate that I received the wrong grille despite what I had ordered. We sent e-mails back and forth talking about the issue. In the matter of 3 hours, I was being sent the correct grille which was being sent from BC the same day and I also received the shipping info to send the wrong grille back. In my dealings with Mark Soto, he has been nothing but professional and so easy to deal with. I have previously spoken with Mark on several occasions asking for tracking numbers, info on a part, etc.and he is always very fast to respond. I wholly recommend that if you require a part for your vehicle, go to the Partshub.ca website and you will not be disappointed. You will experience very professional and courteous customer service!

They did not describe the item correctly, which is misleading, further more, they place a picture of the back of the mirror rather than a front image, which make more confusion. They charged 20% for return even the item has never been used and is still brand new. They also refund less than the actual amount.

Knowledgeable staff and quick to provide professional service. I was assisted in selecting the proper part for my vehicle and it was physically inspected in front of me upon arrival.

Just thought I'd share this. I ordered a grille about 5 days later I got an automated email inquiring if I had received my item yet. I thought this meant it was near by. 2 days later I responded I hadn't received the Grille yet. The next day Mark responded to my inquiry by telling me my part was still in the United States and would be 10 more days. Ok. I thought. 20 days later with no communication from Mark I fired off an angry email and was told that parts coming out of the states take 3 weeks plus. But miraculously he had a tracking number and it would be here tomorrow. I get shiping issues but communicating this to clients should be a priority. Good customer service starts with good communication. This didn't happen here and has soured my faith in this on line business. I would not use again. Being lied to, misinformed, or whatever you spin this as is wrong. It took close to 40 days to receive this (if it arrives) I have ordered parts out of the states at the same time that came much quicker than the shipping of Parts Canada. BUYER BEWARE. TERRIBLE SHIPPING

I looked up the part on partshub and the description gave me the information I needed. It sounded too good to be true because of the price. Dealership wanted to charge me 370 plus time and labor for rear lower bumper 2018 kia rio. I found the part for 80 dollars with shipping. I got the part within a few days, part fit perfectly, and it was easy to put on myself. Customer service eased my fears when I called by looking up the part and confirming it was the correct part.

After researching auto body parts online, I came across partshub.ca They are by far the best for customer service, quality and dependability. I highly recommend them! They over delivered on both quality and time of shippping! Wont hesitate to use them again. Thanks

Also the part I ordered was a side mirror for my truck, it was literally ready for pick up the day after I put in my order which I was not expecting. Update: The manager Peter contacted me shortly after i raised complaints via email and over the phone, needless to say he made everything right and explained it all, i wasn't upset at them but the lack of commutation originally but after peter explained everything to me it calmed my concerns and what not.very good communication skills coming from them and owning up to their systems current shortfalls and offering a solution that came at no extra cost to me made everything better.i ordered 4 parts for my lancer with these guys and it took them 2 weeks to even begin the shipping process, not only that but the shipment was split into two different packages and i was never notified, only way i found out was when i received one item at my door step and had to call to confirm, they said that the rest of my shipment would be in by the end of the week so i gladly waited. But by the end of the week when the "Rest" of my order arrived i was still one part short, understandably i was pretty fed up at the lack of communication and transparency at this point so i gave them a call, after explaining what was happening to the rep on the phone i was put on a roughly ten minute hold only to be told that the item i was ordered was out of stock! I waited nearly 2 and half weeks just to be told sorry no stock.

I would give PartsHub a six star rating if it existed. I needed to replace an OEM side view mirror (with all the bells and whistles) on a newer Ford truck. The rep that I dealt with (Philip) was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and gave me some suggestions. Mirror just arrived, installed in five minutes and everything works as expected. Would highly recommend these guys.

UPDATE: Philip brought my issue to management and had my problem quickly Resolved, it turns out there was a electronic error.

I bought a fender for Mercedes. They sent the one for the sedan not coupe, and when I tried to get refund they say it was my fault. And are not willing to resolve the situation correctly. Don’t recommend.

Ordered a part for my new vehicle. Price was cheaper than Amazon and arrived in one day. Staff were aware of the part I ordered and came out to make sure it actually fit my vehicle. The staff member was very helpful and even helped with installation before I left.

I would highly recommend them for Auto Parts. Cheaper than Amazon, quicker than Amazon and significantly better customer service.

My experience was not a good one. My order was available within a few days but when i drove from north van to Delta BC, there was no one at the pickup center. I received a call saying they would be open on Saturday from 10am to 3pm but when I arrived on Saturday around 1pm, the lights were out, doors were locked and the open sign turned off. Not sure what happened, but it was a long weekend and maybe they decided to get out of dodge and screw the customers. Not impressed. That said, they did have the best price for a rear chrome bumper for my 2nd Gen Dodge.

Buyer beware. Bought some parts. Nothing showed up. Of course Parts hubs said Loomis attempted a delivery so the parts were returned. Now chasing a refund. Fun Fun Fun.stay away

I ordered a brand new fender for my car from parthub. It showed up in the mail completely ruined packaging was horrible. By the time I was through talking with UPS trying to see if they caused the damage to my package. It was apperantly already to late to have it taken care of by parthub. Since I didn't message them first I am now stuck with a (BRAND NEW) Fender that looks worse than the one on my car after a car wreck. Very dissapointed with this company. Highly would not recommend.

I have a very bad experience today with this partshub usa, i bought the products online, pay with paypal, after few day the send me email, for coordinate the shipping, i call coordinate with my shipper, spend few hour, make long distance calls, they send me the invoice and next day, they send me email saying that they do not have the inventory, what is this? Are this guys crazy or something

Ordered a front and rear bumper, did not order the most expensive but more so middle ranged ones and they are great, bolts were not the right size for the rear bumper assembly but I didn’t loose sleep over re using the old bolts especially considering the price. Fast shipping and good customer service

Terrible.ordered a rad support. 2 weeks go by and no tracking.then call.they tell me part was delivered today onto my porch.when i told them no i was home and have cameras then they say it was delivered to someone else.then they say it was delivered to another province.then a manager calls me back and says that my shipping label was changed with someone elses. I say LIE otherwise i would be receiving the other persons package at my address.absolutely terrible and will never purchase from again.full of lies.
