Party City

Expensive but great selection, especially during Halloween. But for a simple birthday party on a budget, skip it and go to the dollar store. If you want to invest on a good party with quality stuff come here.

Worst place on earth to buy anything. Poor service and a don’t care 16 years old attitude of dont give a dam. If you wish to get stressed for a birthday or an event. Well this is your place:)

Staff leaves stuff quite literally in the middle of the aisle, so if you have a stroller, it's impossible to get around, and no workers are to be found.
The candy is always out and never stocked, I bought 4 peppermint patties thinking it would be ok. They were melted and disgusting.

Went there today and had a great experience, the lady that helped me Tatianna i think her name is was very polite and helpful lots of selection to choose from

What a beautiful store. Big store with lots of products for parties. Costumes, candies, backing products, decorations, surprises for children and more. Prices are bit expensive. The store organized well. There is a big parking lot for free. It was fun visiting here.

The staff kept saying that "we are going to close in 25min, we are closing in 20mins. 15mins. "

As a customer I understand that in a retail store, their staff want to be able to leave on time. After the guy told me the third time that they are going to close in 20mins, I stopped to check other products, and went to cashier and ready to leave. But no one was at cashier.

Even after I finished paying.and not telling me have a nice day or thank you, but "we are going to close in 15mins".

This is unacceptable, and as a customer, I felt cold and not welcoming.

So I replied him I'm leaving and he didn't even say bye.

I'm very disappointed with the store and I don't think I want to go back.

Bad service. Not many customers but slow staff. Waited in line for so long and no one cares. Left store without purchasing.
