Saturday was a crazy busy day, the parking lot was super busy.
The staff was ready for this influx of customer, they had a pick up place for costume orders at the back of the store.

Hello. Today I went with my friends to see the costumes and the truth is, the people who work there work in a very bad way. The character with which they help the truth is terrible. Another thing, with all due respect, it seems “silly” to me that they don't let us try the costumes so we can witness the quality and not waste our money so that later we don't end up liking how the quality of the costume feels. Postscript: I asked them to show me the Spiderman suit to see what it was like and you couldn't even see it with the mask, I mean LOL.
Well, thank you for your attention, I hope you can have better staff.

I had one of the worse customer service experience!
I had 3 items for return today - the cashier was throwing returned items on the floor with attitude.
He left his desk 2 times without even telling me where is he going or what is he doing.

I had my credit card in hand for return.he asked me to sign the return paper wich I did.
I was waiting for him to ask me tab or insert my card, he did not say anything.
I've asked him do you need my visa? He said, NO!
then he left without even saying a word!
I was waiting for him to come back for few min.
I saw him he started doing some balloons! So I asked the cashier next to his desk.
Me: I am not sure if I am done or I should wait?
Girl said if you signed you are done.

I was shocked!
What was wrong with that guy?
Is this how they treat their customers?

Big store with beautiful things for parties. They have a lots of parties themes. The costumers service in the store was good.
There is a parking lot near the store, no charge.

Everyone I spoke to was helpful, pulling product from storage to help me find what I needed out of season.

This location popped a $20 foil balloon I had ordered from Toronto for my daughter's birthday and didn't even apologize or let me know. It wasn't like I could order another for the next day. An apology would have gone a long way.
