Hi party city last time i wrote a review and said i hate your store but i asked you to respond so my and my friend could have a sleepover and you responded and we had a awesome sleepover and played a lot of fortnite and we love your store and we got these party popper things and they were so cool we love your store party city i am literally your #1 fan and whoever disagrees can respond to my review but anyways THANK YOU PARTY CITY I LOVE YOU

Service is very slow. But the selection is great. I would recommend checking a dollar store or two before making your way here though. I have personally found items at hair the price at a dollar store identical to what I've purchased at party City.

Edit: I’ve noticed over the years that service has declined. The store is unkept and they sell expired candy. I purchased some nerds and only upon getting home did I see they were expired in April 2022…
All their balloons are priced incorrectly. I would ask for a balloon and the price clearly displays $12.99 on the wall but the person helping me basically said the prices are all wrong and to add $2-3 to all the displayed prices… my $12.99 balloon came out to $17 after tax. Very misleading. Not sure if they are severely understaffed over the last few years or poor management but don’t expect much.
My original review from 4 years ago was 4 stars, changing to 2 star.
It's a great one stop shop for virtually any event you have. I find that some products are a little more expensive compared to what you find online or other stores but in return you get the convenience of getting everything done in one trip.

I wouldn’t recommend here doesn’t return Money even though they didn’t provide the full costume they are required by law to return or provide the full item I won’t shop here again

Very poor service. We ordered a balloon for 8 years birthday and they prepared 10. There was no courtesy shown for the delay. We were given a time to come and pick and the order was not ready and I had to wait yet again.

Great friendly service. Store had huge stock and variety of party supplies. Prices are reasonable.

The website said 105 items in stock, the shelves had about 30. I asked to see the rest of the stock and I was shut down because they were not in a box. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I drove out of my way just to waste gas.
Shout out to the Langley Party City manager.who cheerfully got every last item out of the overstock for me to see. That is good business, this location is useless
