Party Express

They clearly aren’t interested in serving new customers. The man asked if I needed help and then promptly walked away - OUT THE DOOR! He actually told me he’s not interested in waiting for me to ask my questions. He added that he didn’t have time for me. So I left and will never…EVER cross their threshold again! I’ve never been treated so completely rudely!

They have really nice stuff, but the lady who works at the front she was extremely rude. My daughter was holding a balloon they have at the front, $1.50 each or whatever (overpriced btw). She’s only 2 years old, she put it in her mouth and talking to a toddler you’d expect some warm tone, but instead she made her cry and not even acknowledging her mistake she simply stated, with NO SMILE, “YOUR MOMMY HAS TO PAY FOR THAT NOW”
Its not a big deal for me to pay cause obviously my daughter put it in her mouth.but the way she spoke to my 2 year old was disappointing and lack of compassion. Never shopping here again, only cause the owners are so unfriendly.

LOL saw their sign selling a balloon set for $229. Similar balloons you can get at the Dollar Store in Blaine for $1.25 each and they inflate the balloons for free.

Why do you have a shop if you’re gunna have a nasty attitude? I was gunna buy a ton of stuff for a party and liked the stuff but just because of the lady’s attitude I had to leave.

Very very very disappointing customer service, I visit today to this store 6 July at 5: 30 and the lady at front was very rude, this was my first visit to the store we ask her for the price of something and she rudely said “you can check at the back of the it” in very rude tone and so many other things like this. Seriously, this was my first and last visit.

Despite all the negative reviews here I had an excellent experience. The lady was very helpful and straight to the point. Balloons were delivered on time and it looked fantastic! Thank you so much party express. You guys are awesome!

Party express did exactly what I asked for my baby’s birthday party. Price is also very reasonable. I will definitely back in the near future.

Huge selection and the staff was lovely. They even offered to help me with all the balloons and walk me to my car. I’ll be back here for all future events and birthdays!

I was in yesterday and wanted a Cookie Monster balloon. Of course they had it! They always have exactly what I'm looking for. I've given up on the big box stores. I now live out by Langley/Aldergrove and will go here. I was chatting with them yesterday saying how I've been going for years. It's a great to support a local business that's been there for years and are so knowledgeable! Long time customer finally getting around to giving them a review of praise they deserve.

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Back in June my sister in law hired Party Express for our gender reveal party. She got a custom made balloon made and picked it up the day of our party. Which was 2 hours before our guests were due to arrive. She hadn’t even stepped foot into our house when the balloon popped in our front entrance and the surprise was ruined for 3 of our family members. I called the store back and the owner told me they couldn’t prepare a custom balloon without 24 hour notice, and would not be offering a refund and could only replace it with a simple black balloon. My SIL went back to collect the new balloon. After we popped the balloon at the reveal, we checked our 20 week ultrasound report to confirm that the gender was correct. And low and behold the owner put in the wrong coloured confetti in BOTH balloons. We went back the next day and shared this with the owner and she was not remorseful at all, kept telling me she understood how I felt. She ruined not only a special day that I will never get back in my life, but my husbands birthday as well. She did offer us our refund, and that I am happy about. However, the customer service in this business is lacking. I would never recommend this business to anyone. And after reading all of these bad reviews, I guess we should have known better to trust someone like this with something so special. To the owners, I hope you never do this to anyone else in the future ever again. And you truly feel sorry about what you did to me and my family during such a special moment
