Bought focaccia, pasta, and bombolones at a farmers market: everything was amazing! So delicious. Can't wait to buy from them again.

Happened upon their pop up bbq at plaza of nations and was blown away by the quality of their food! We shared the entire menu including an amazing panzanella salad, super tasty aranccini and porcetta sandwich! Can’t wait to see what they do with their next tasting menu and stock up on their fresh pasta and sauces at the Vancouver farmers markets!

Working in Olympic village I am surrounded by fantastic bakeries, Pure Bread, Terra Bread, Fife, etc. All of which have their own best products! I stumbled upon Pastaggio at the False Creek farmers market. They hands down have the best Sourdough Focaccia hands down from around here and from others at the farmers market. I have even chased them to other markets around the Lower Mainland.

I’ve been an avid connoisseur of their delicious pasta and sauces on a near weekly basis over the last (almost year) since first trying them at the farmers market.
They are super friendly and make the best pasta. You really can’t beat the fresh pasta.

Texture and taste just makes every other boxed noodle seem bland and boring no matter what you put on them.

Highly recommend the papperdelle, my personal fav.

Pasta, focaccia and dessert. So beautifully done every time. Perfect for a dinner party. Some of best Italian cooking in Vancouver!

We absolutely LOVE Pastaggio.their fresh pasta is amazing! Our kids rave about it every-time we have it for dinner. And their focaccia is out of this world good. We buy a massive loaf of it and it's usually gone within 2 days LOL. Can't recommend enough how good this place is.

BEST pasta place and highly recommended. I placed order all the time and never get tired of it. The fresh made bread is a must to have and fresh made pasta that I can’t stop eating…. Really great high quality pasta place and owner are both super friendly. Love it!

Love their focaccia, meatballs, lasagna, pasta and esp sourdough bread. Ran into their outdoor setup once, saw them making pork belly open flame. It was gorgeous to stare at and super delicious!

Seriously the best pastas and sauces I have ever had. Their mushroom sauce is amazing. Their lasagna device. Don't even get me going about their focaccia bread!

Fresh pastas are amazing, sauces and pickled red onions better than high end restaurants. DEFINITELY get their focaccia when it’s available.

Add their tiramisu for a perfect meal you cook at home.

Mac and cheese for the freezer too because it’s the best and def worth the price.

Everything is amazing. The lasagna, sauces, fresh pastas and pesto are all perfect. The focaccia is one of the best. If they have the pickled onions, make sure to grab some. Everything is great and the team is always so friendly.

I can not say enough about how amazing Pastaggio is! First off, it’s a rad local business run by the sweetest couple who are so passionate about what they are doing. Most importantly though, their offerings are incredible. I love the focaccia and kale gemelli so much, highly recommend.

Tried the squid ink tagliatelle today and it was absolutely incredible. Have tried many of the other pastas as well as the focaccia bread. All of it is fantastic. Highly recommend!

We have visited Pastaggio several times at the Squamish Farmers Market, and have always been impressed! Have bought the Pomodoro Sauce and meatballs each time and it satisfies every craving! Believe me

Finding the stand at Mount Pleasant's market was the best introduction to this amazing quality food. The fresh pasta has nothing to envy to my grandma's kitchen. The sauces have a unique flavour that balance perfectly with the texture of the pasta. Our last combination was fresh linguini with "crema con funghi" sauce and added pine seeds, a real throwback to our lovely missed country! We tried the majestic "lasagna verde alla bolognese" and it was simply mind blowing!
Just keep it "al dente" and let the flavour do the magic.

If you are looking for bread- their sourdough focaccia is to DIE for. 10/10.
Pasta is awesome as well

As an Italian woman with a high standard of pasta, I can confirm this pasta is 10/10! But shh, don't tell my nonna I cheated and didn't make my own! I stumbled across pastaggio at a farmers market and am so glad I gave it a go. Both my husband and I were blown away, we had the linguine and the fungi pasta sauce and will be going to the store for more next week!

Each bite a culinary delight! The sauces, the pasta, the bread - all outstanding! And the lovely representatives are warm and welcoming!

The filling is just for show, since the foccacia was the star.

I wouldn't, but could have put a shoe in between there and it would have tasted great.

10/10 would eat again and so convenient that you can order online or find them at farmers markets.

Great food! The foccacia, lasagna, sauces and pappardelle are to die for. The owners' Dan and Rebecca are super friendly and very passionate about their business. Really convenient order online or go see them at the markets!

Hands down the best fresh pasta in the markets. I go to Riley Park/Mt. Pleasant and they never disappoint. I love all their pasta and sauces, and their focaccia bread is out of this world, so fresh! Rebecca and Dan are so friendly and nice as well. Highly recommended!

I love pasta. I especially love this pasta. So far, I've tried the linguini, squid ink spaghetti and kale gemelli - all are consistently great, even the one time we had to freeze it. Dan recommended a simple parmesan, lemon, and olive oil sauce for the kale pasta - it was so lovely! The focaccia is also incredible, we get one every time and it hardly lasts a day. And a personal fav are the pickled onions. I wasn't expecting to find pickles, but I'm glad they were there. We'll be back for more, for sure!

The sourdough focaccia is AMAZING! The pasta is so fresh and delicious, it just melts in your mouth - you have got to try everything.sooo good.
