Went there today and they were closed when it says on their website that they close at 7pm on tuesdays.do better.

Such a lovely experience. The girl (URVEEN) made the experience really enjoyable.they were so helpful from start to finish offering great advice and going above a beyond to help me find the perfect outfit.

I ordered my outfits from there and I got the exact same. They have good collection. Best customer service ever seen.

Awful attitude, not good quality. Why do you work with customers if you don’t like being near people?

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at Patiala Fashion. Rubina, Daljit aunty and their team are organized, reliable and ensure their garments are completed as ordered by the customer. They went above and beyond to ensure our outfits fit perfectly and even helped us out last minute with doinf a rush order on outfits when another company's order fell through. All of our outfits came in a timely manner and every single one was made beautifully. Truly the best customer service we have ever had shopping for indian attire.

My mom had gone to a different shop to get a custom outfit made for my wedding but it came out awful! We had come in to Patiala to get a new one made since we’ve had them do some other custom orders a few years ago! I had only a month and a half left to get a new one made for my mom and Patiala got my order in the date they stated. Communication was easy and the suit came out BEAUTIFUL.

I went there last week.my experience with the staff was really good.they go above and beyond to help you find what you need.

There suits are boutique made.totally unique stuff.people should really go and check out.

My favourite place to shop in Surrey. Love the collection and the staff is super friendly great service. Highly recommended.

Rude customer service. Didn’t want to even shop after the rude looks and didn’t even said hi to us when we greeted them. The uncle there kept giving rude looks to my Caucasian husband.

We just went to store few days back. Same a some of others review owner of shop is very rude. She is kind of more show of. She is not even talking nicely. She makes the customer feel so low that they can’t afford it. That’s not the thing everybody can afford if they are here, just because that should be be worth and that much be appreciated. They don’t have good customer service. Never wanna go there again. She is very proudy kind of.
