Such a cute place! My partner brought me here for an anniversary date as I love afternoon teas! But I gotta say- I didn’t taste a single bad thing, I would really recommend this place after a super light lunch as the afternoon tea can get a little heavy, but it was amazing. Special shout-out to the blueberry confiture/jam, it had such a gorgeous touch of lychee to it! Amazing place super cute and aesthetically pleasing

Cute little gem of a place. Food was good, not amazing as other high tea places I’ve been to but not bad by any means. Service is lacking for sure. I’d definitely focus on that sore spot.

We always love high tea and this was a wonderful treat in Vancouver. It was walking distance from our hotel. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Highly recommend you make reservations in advance. Can't wait to go back!

The pastries were really good. Was not a big fan of the pork terrine cone but overall everything was phenomenal!

I'd like to start by saying how excited my mom, sister, niece and I were about trying this place out. It looks beautiful in pictures, and gets great reviews.
I made reservations on their website for my MOTHER'S BIRTHDAY. I did read that if a confirmation email was not sent to call them to confirm. I called multiple times, left a message, emailed and called again several times the day of our reservation. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I assumed they were too busy to answer the phone or reply to my email. We all proceeded (from Port Moody and Burnaby) to go down for our 1: 00 reservation only to be met with a sign on their door that said they were closed due to a covid outbreak with staff. I also discovered that they posted their closure on Instagram. I am very disappointed and upset that this was not on their WEBSITE as not everyone has Instagram. Why would you not post this on your website? ! We had to scramble to figure out where we were supposed to go for lunch. We really wanted the high tea experience but were too late to go to any other place as reservations are required ahead of time.
This is not a professional way to run a business and I, nor my family will attempt to go to Patisserie Fur Elise again. I can understand not listening to phone messages, but emails can be replied to remotely. This unfortunately put a damper on my mom's birthday because of yet another example of a bad service experience. I'm not sure what's happening in this world, but good service is plummeting and according to the many people I talk to, the consensus is we're all tired of it! I hope this review is the catalyst to bring awareness and change to how owners and staff operate their business, especially when people are paying good money in return for a good experience.

I’ve been to several high teas in the city (including the fairmont) and this one so far is my favourite. Everything was so freshly made! The sandwich bread was soft and fluffy, not dry and crusty like some other places. The quiche came hot out of the oven. I was left feeling quite full after the meal so the portions were generous. All for $50 which is one of the more reasonable prices in town. Highly recommend.

I took my daughter here and it was adorable to dine. The best experience was the pink doll-house-like venue. The food is over priced and not great. 6 or so tiny items for 60 dollars takes away from the whimsy of the place.

Cute and charming afternoon tea in a heritage building with gorgeous decor. 1pm on a weekday we were the only people there. Food was delicious. Service was a bit of a miss this visit.the first server was lovely but the second server was not attentive at all. After 2 hours we struggled to get her attention to pay for our meal as she was on the phone with someone trying to plan a large gathering.

First time here, enjoying some high tea with my friend for Galentines weekend. Beautiful place, delicious food and tea options, great service. We will absolutely be returning customers.

Adorable little character home nestled in the heart of the downtown. It smells amazing in there and the staff is wonderful. Music was relaxing, tea was delicious and the spread was delightful. Highly recommend. Make a reso before you come.

Went with a few friends a couple weeks ago. Cute heritage place away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Tea was wonderful. Enjoyed a few different flavors from around our group.
The scone does not come with cream - we felt it was missing this very important side! The food was so so for me. Didn't feel the wow factor compared to other places. The quiche was pretty tasty as a hot addition.

Patisserie Fur Elise was an amazing place for high tea! Very quaint and spectacular place.

Lovely and pleasant setting for a fun afternoon with friends. The restaurant was beautiful designed within a cute two-storey house, and I loved all the sparkling mini chandeliers around the space. I’m not that experienced with going for afternoon tea but felt that this venue provided good value for $49. There were many choices for tea and I enjoyed every single food item, especially the croissant with prosciutto and brie, and the macaron and the lemon tart and the panna conta, though I did feel that I had had a bit too much sugar by the end of our 2-hour time limit, ha ha. Service was efficient and attentive, and it seemed like all the guests in the room were enjoying themselves. Definitely a nice indulgence and I would visit again!
