Spectacular food and service. It's so difficult to find authentic Mexican food in BC so when you walk into a restaurant and the staff and most of the customers are speaking Spanish you know you are in for something great and we were!

To start the chips and pico were delicious! I have a Michelada which again is something you just don't see enough around here. It was well made and tasty. We both had wet burritos, one beef, and one cochinta Cochinita. Both were delicious with very generous portions and came with some very tasty salsa's on the side.

The food was quick and the service was fast, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Patron Tacos & Cantina, Muy Bien!

Atmosphere was good but a bit noisy. The food is so delicious. Service is overall good but I don’t like one thing about it. When we were given a table the waitress didn’t ask about the table type that we want.

I can’t believe this place has 4.2 stars. I got the tacos (4 different kinds) and they had no flavour. The carnitas were completely bland. I strongly recommend that you never eat here.

Recently went here for a birthday celebration and had a great time. The guac and chips and the nachos are soo good. Proportions are big as well. Highly recommend it and will be going back!

Place with little space, food 6 out of 10, high costs for what it is, very sweet horchata water. The waiter asked the drink order more than 3 times, between two people + dessert, you will spend about 80 to 95 dll, they took a while, they made a mistake with my order. In particular, it was not my pleasure to repeat.

We were very happy to eat in this location! The waiter was very nice and could answer every question, you could feel his love for the place! The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and with two different sauces to spice it up a little. The next time we are in Vancouver, we will definitely visit again!

Wonderful place. We were warmly greeted and immediately served chips and salsa. Our drinks were very good and came quickly. The food was to die for. Very fresh and full of flavours. Whether it’s a stop for appies or a full meal you have to treat yourself to this little gem.

Food: They used to include an array of salsas with your orders, not anymore. Overpriced for what you get. $130 for 2 beers, 8 tacos and 2 soups.
Service: Our second order of food was delivered to the wrong table and the waitress did not check with us during our meal so we waited a while before waving her down.

Good environment.
For someone looking for food with good flavour this is not the place. Do not order the pollo a la plancha it’s so bland. They ask for 18% for a party if 6 (even if one is a baby) and tell you that you only have 2 hours to eat. Ridiculous! It took them 1 hour to bring out our food.
This place use to be good now the quality of food is bad. Maybe for a drink at the bar that’s about it.

Great atmosphere, food not that great. Big portions but lacking authenticity. I'd say, just good for drinks. Not so tasty nachos

Beautifully tasting & presented food and great staff. The portions are huge. It was best guacamole I've had out in years.

Waited over half an hour only to check in and be told that my order hadn’t been processed as the waitress forgot. Staff wasn’t apologetic for it. Disappointing service.

Food and drinks are good, but the service is horrible, one of the waitress kick us out argument that tables with two people are just allow to stay one hour, thing that nobody mentioned when we get there, we were still consuming, and also we did not see that happens in any other customers' table

Good food, great vibe. Had the fundido, the jalapeños made it extra delicious. We shared fajitas and tacos as well. Food was good, will be back

If you are single this might be a good place to go. I took my family and deeply regret doing so. Super loud questionable music, terrible food, and expensive. Just an overall bad experience. Not going again ever.

It's my fav Mexican food place in Vancouver over all. I love the restaurant's decoration and the food is authentic Mexican food.

Customer service is awful, food is expensive and not friendly with families. There are more gentler family run mexican restaurants around that make us feel welcome the moment we appear, they even remember us. I do regret giving this place a chance.

This place is awsome but I will not come downtown and stand on the sidewalk until a table opens up. Get it together and offer reservations.

I have a great lunch with my friend from our hometown.
The restaurant is provided lots of Mexican style food. I am not familiar with Spanish, somehow the waitress helps us a lot to explain what food it gonna be. Also she gives us some recommendations for ordering.
We enjoy the time there, and those food is really styling and tasted.
Shall have a try if you never try some Mexican food and you are around Vancouver downtwon.

The blended mango marg is a revelation.

This place is just the best. I’ve never had access to Mexican food as authentic as this. The flavours, the ingredients, everything is just great. I am in love with the burritos here and endorse you to go and get the wet burrito with verde sauce.

As this is a bar and location is quite small, the level of noise is quite high, but the food is so good that it makes that not matter.

Try this place out if you’re looking for some fantastic Mexican Food in Vancouver!

Always a great time and delicious food. Was my mom's favourite restaurant in Vancouver, so I'll make sure to come here every year for her birthday.

Went here with 5 of my friends for a birthday! The restaurant is super busy so be prepared to wait for your server. This is fine with me because I love a busy restaurant specially if I’m out to have fun and party. The prices might seems a lot at first but the amount of food that you get is enough to feed two people. Overall had an amazing time there and couldn’t wait to go back the moment I left the restaurant! We even got free churros for my friends birthday ;)

I order a carne asana burrito but they choice chorizo burrito and after I complaing about it they don't do anything apart of giving me chorizo.
