After many recommendations we brought our 1 year old maltipoo puppy here. The haircut was cute but my puppy came back with an ear infection and razor burn on his private area. I called to let them know to be careful for other dogs, but I will not be back again.

Eddy and his crew are awesome! I brought my Old English Sheepdog in, as a first time OES owner, I’m not sure what’s the best look for my dog, but Eddy guided me and made sure that I am alright with the grooming and giving me tips on how to groom a little of my pet at home as well, this place is great and you’ll not be let down by their crew! Definitely coming back!

I left my dog here for one day, after it came back home, he drunk 3 big bowls of water. I doubt they didn’t give my dog water whole day, now the Vancouver summer is super hot! Hot summer without water whole day, I cannot image what they did to my dog.

Kate is super friendly! They did an excellent job with my doggos. Samoyeds are hard to groom and their prices are cheap.

Great service! People working here are super friendly. They gave me very flexible time to pick up my dogs. Bambi and Molly looked so happy when they were taking shower! And when I picked up them, two staffs walked them out. They were so happy and smelled so nice. Also the price is so valuable. Thank you!
