Confused how every other pay day loan place will give me up to half of my pay, yet they will only give me 35 to 40 percent of my pay, even though I've been going to them for over 2 years with no missed payments.and there only answer is that it's there programs without even trying to help me get more

False advertising.
They have a sign on window stating they cash cheques but when you go in they wont cash it
They will say right to you they do not cash cheques even though they have a sign stating they do.

I went to try to cash a cheque that was for $2500 from a class action lawsuit I was involved with. VW emissions scandal to be precise. Obviously I was trying to use this service because I don't want the bank to hold the money for a week period.regardless of my reason for using a cheque cashing service, Long story short, I was immediately turned away because they said they only cash payroll cheques. That was the first lie because right on there website they claim to cash many different types of cheques. So I obviously said that's not true look at your website? $#&. Minutes later the next teller involved trys to tell me that they don't cash cheques that are from past dates.like? You have to think that I am out of my mind.the cheque is seven days old and I received the cheque seven days after it was issued. I could.not believe that I was once again being lied to. I've heard of not being able to cash a cheque post dated but a cheque that is seven days old.give me a break.so because I would not leave and hesitated and obviously was like what are you talking about that was nonsense.finally they try to call and verify the cheque through however they check.they tell me that they got through to someone who was unable to verify the cheque because that person's system was down.hard to believe that this is a fact because of the two previous lies I was told to try to get me to leave in the first place. I am fairly open to reason but isn't the premise of cheque cashing so that the cheque is cashed.immediately? If I take it to the bank the bank does the exact same thing but it takes them up to five business days to verify the cheque.such unhelpful and out right liers at this branch to get me to leave. I don't even know if they tryed to verify the cheque properly. It's false advertising to say on your website that you will cash settlement cheques and then deny the process.these employees aswell tryed multiple times to rush me out the door two times before they even wanted to attempt to verify the cheque.it's both the facts there was a legitimate attempt to get me out the door two times before even agreeing to try to verify the cheque and also the fact that pay2day claims they can cash the very type of cheque I brought in hand.granted you don't have to provide me with any kind of service however in that regard I'm sorry your company lost out on a customer and about 75 dollars for simply denying the cheque.that's on your employees shoulders and just know you have employees working your business store front who tryed everything to get me out the door before even attempting to verify the cheque.it's was a disgrace and unprofessional. Upon leaving I was told why don't I just go to the bank and wait for the hold.because she said if I take.it anywhere else they will tell me the same thing. I am fairly certain she was lieing also in the fact that she actually spoke to someone on the receiving end and that that person's system was down because unaware she was I did try a smaller cheque cashing place in Langley who placed two calls to the company representing the class action lawsuits.and.both times I was told that he got an answering machine and that someone would return a message within five business days. I could also hear in the background from the back room that the teller involved at pay2day was getting voicemail boxes after letting the phone ring for a long time.even with all this said.if the.teller did get someone on the phone why is it that she did not ask how.long may that person's system be down, and if there was any other way that I could possibly wait and she could continue to try to contact that person and get it verified when that person's system got up and running.why because I'm almost certain she was just telling me another lie.her final attitude and position was like cut and dry.nothing she could do for me.if this is the case why even advertise such a service.it amazes me how hard this is in reality

As a business owner with a truck being down and needing a quick advance to get it up and running, just driving by and decided to give this location a go. A friendly young lady by the name of Sue anwsered all my questions and within 40 mins the stress of losing thousands with a truck not on the road was gone. Highly recommend as this was my first experience with a loan center. They will definitely work with you to get you in and out quick. Definitely ask for sue when you are there!
