Great place for food and groceries.
Restaurant is way better than the one at Indian connection. Probably also the reason why we choose to shop for groceries here.

Always a good place to shop, but crazy busy.what place isn't in Surrey, that being said just go round when it's not busy time, earlier in the day.

Went just to see the place as I am from Toronto. Heard big things about this area. So just went to see and it's a good place to shop and eat Indian food.

This plaza is a complete mess. Not sure how the city approved it. Cars coming in and out of all directions, no sense of people using the stop lines. Unorganized. They need to clean this plaza up as it has many shops that are useful.

It's a great mix of stores. The only challenge is parking. It's not equipped to take traffic on a week day and weekends a nightmare. Wish the owners work with great architect to come up with a solution because it's certainly possible with the cooperation of all the shop owners.

Go to this shopping centre for a Delhi experience in Canada. Its crowded, chaotic, amazing and home like in all respects. I absolutely love it.

Amazing plaza to be at for an Indian immigrant. Everything you can possibly wish for from the motherland you can find here. Highly recommended.

I was there to buy a gold coin on the occasion of Diwali n people are taking it granted that we know Punjabi. Different world.

So many business but not a single public washroom. Only Agarwaal sweets allow others to use washroom.

Great Indian Market… with all the shops you wanted to go to if u were in India… my experience at every shop i went has been good only… they all are nice… there are sweet shops, ethnic clothing shops, immigration offices, tax filing offices, jewellery shops, hair salons, parlors, paan shop, lahori restaurant, Marriage halls, Grocery store, photography shops, meat shops, mobile repair shops, sector-17 market… its a good place to be… everything Indian…

Payal business centre is the hub of Indian stores in Surrey. You name a Indian product and you will find it there.
It has some of the best Indian sweet stores, clothing, grocery store, Indian jewellery and other stuff.
It does have a little feel like you get while shopping in Sector-17 Chandigarh. They have ample parking but that leaves little space or side walk for walking.

Reminds me of India, great stores. I went there to get clothes for a wedding and all the stores had great options!

Ammmm it’s too much rush there, apart from the fact that it have variety of shops and tiny fast food restaurants. I didn’t liked the place much.

There's no easy access to washroom available for shoppers, it's big area and difficult to find in the time of need. Aggarwal sweets doesn't allow either.

Good place to shop but too busy no system for parking people are just doing there own thing dont care about others.

One stop shopping center to find any Indian grocery, clothing or appliances. Has a lot of great food options to try out.

First time visitors get confused, question arises in their mind. Are we in punjab or Canada? By the way, Best centre to buy Indian cloths and have indian food.

This is a very busy place. The restaurants are very busy but food variety is huge esp vegetarian dishes. There are alot of indian clothing stores. It has cake shop, liquor store, jewellery stores, photo studios, grocery stores and beauty salons. It's a big place so there are alot if service providers. Be careful while parking or reversing as people come out of nowhere. I have personally witnessed too many accidents. Overall a good place for shopping.

I am from Edmonton. First time i went to this Payal Business Centre. It was great experience for me. Because at one place you can get everything you need. There are restaurants, shops, salons etc.if you belong to punjabi community. You should visit there.

I love this Border, CBSA Staff is very polite and Professional, they all listen your concern Best Border for Flag Pole, Allover Canada people come here for Flag pole, Flagpole is Basically when TFW applying for the renewal of your work (or study) permit by leaving Canada at a border crossing with the USA, and re-entering, sometimes immediately and you d’t need valid USA Visa for Flagpole

This is pure desi land, desi bazaar with all the food places, grocery store, jewelry shops and clothing stores.

Overcrowded parking lots around a poorly designed outdoor mall with signage that is neither here nor there, but definitely an eyesore. Piles of garbage around the dumpsters and general refuge and neglect everywhere. Crossing the parking lot is taking your life into risky hands since crosswalks aren't marked out and people speed through without stopping at poorly marked stops. Banquet Halls crowded into 2nd floors with limited parking.it needs a major over haul!

Busy place parking lot needs traffic signals. And maybe a map. However once memorized they have a wide variety of stores and merchandise.

What ever one needs, from grocery to apparel and beauty, restaurants, bakeries and meat products.

Busy busy busy place. People don’t look when there driving and I swear I’m so scared of getting ran over. People drive way to fast and don’t stop at stop signs. I’m glad it’s there for the stores but the business centers needs to be better. Maybe have a bathroom area some place since no store will let you use there rest room. Besides a restaurant.

You can buy anything to do with traditional Indian wear here. Great for tourists who want to experience the Indian Bazaar.without going to India

Best indian business plaza in Surrey. Lots and lots of indian stores. Indian food, clothing, jewellery, immigration, banquets etc.all at same place.

This mall is like an Indian centre including grocery shopping, clothing, jewelry and Indian/Pakistani restaurants. However, many shops are very expensive. Food prices are very affordable. There are also sweet shops with great variety.

One stop shop for all your needs. Bakery, grocery store, restaurants, pan shops.jewellery. Desi's paradise:)

Mini India or better to mini Indian sub continent where most of the shops are selling Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi items. You can find each and every variety of Indian species, dressing, sweets, grocery, vegetables, even tools for Indian TV channels. Hundreds of shops, so it is tough to find out the store you looking for. There are several blocks. Immigration and travel agencies are upstairs. There are some banquet halls also.

One stop shopping if you are interested in good Indian food. Clothes and everything Indian including haircut awesome place

Everything is easy to access but only parking problem is there sometimes it's king of a food hub, clothe hub, a jewellery hub everything is good somewhere the prize is more but that thing is not so my h expensive
